Pros: Nice staff

Cons: We had to pay a 1200euro deposit which was not explained prior luckily I had the money spare. Paid extra for a certain car which never got. Ended up with 3 different vehicles as first 2 was in a very poor state. The one we eventually got was empty of petrol lots of warning lights on.

Cons: Old cars. The first one - very damaged, broken. 400 thousand km mileage. Exploded airbag, damaged steering wheel, no mirror. The second one - old damaged, dirty with errors. Cons: They didnt provide the car we rented. They gave us a 2009 volvo xc90, barely working, full of trash, no gas, headlights tweaking and sometimes not even working. All the engine failure lights were on during our trip. Anti skid was off. The condition of the car was not up for being a rental. And the company had no shame about it either. They even had the audacity to charge us extra for border crossings even though they had downgraded our car.

Pros: Almost nothing...

Cons: We waited about 45 minutes for the car to be brought to us, which was dirty, had many scratches and dents, and did not even have a full tank. Although I had specified in the search that I could pay by debit card, I was asked to put down a credit card deposit which I did not have. I therefore had to pay €10 for each day of the car rental as "insurance"... :-(

Pros: Nothing in partuclar

Cons: The car we get, and what seemed to be the case with most their cars, is that they are incredibly old and beat up. Exterior was in bad shape as was the interior. Additionally, check engine light was on, tire tread was almost completely worn out and to add insult to injury there were 5 outstanding parking tickets that nearly caused the police to impound the car. They were supposed to provide a replacement vehicle but never actually followed through. I would avoid this place at all cost.

Cons: The staff weren’t nice at all. They didn’t care about me and my family, to answer us or to help us with our questions. None of the phonenumber we got worked. The car was dirty inside and outside! And they wanted us to pay 10 extra euro when we returned the car for a carwash! The whole feeling about our carrent is uncomfortable.

Pros: These guys are unprofessional. They gave the car at almost zero fuel. And when I returned the car, it was almost half tank. And they didn't give any refunds for that. Please note that the policy was full to full and they didn't adhere to that

Cons: The key FOB they gave of the vehicle went dead when we were at the parking. We had to wait almost 3 hours for the backup key to be delivered to us. The car was mercedez Benz for which the service was also due for more than 200 days. Sometimes cruise control didn't work

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Car different class to what was requested, car filthy inside and out, car older than expected, no designated pick up/drop off area unlike other operators at Tirana airport, very rude staff, tried to blame scratches on me until I said I had taken a video of the car's condition. Ended up returning car early and using a reputable company. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid these Muppets at all cost. I will also be putting in an official complaint.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 450.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium, Wagons a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.

The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Cash is accepted as a form of payment.

American Express, Cheques, Diners, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
crossing country borders is available on previous request at least 5 days before the pick up date.
Written permission from the rental company is required.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are not mandatory in Albania.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 31 days.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
