Cons: Extra money because I booked my car from 11h and I picked it up evening (also I called them a week before to inform and check if all it's all right. Yes yes yes my mister and they finally €€€ more... and you know, you understand, blablabla, Italian style). They invoiced also a scratch (please check the picture they said ... Oh yes, the one you took 3m from the car?) We are covered up to 600€ but finally they cannot give the money back from 79€ scratch? Oh really,... grazie Italia!
Pros: The car was new and fuel efficient.
Cons: A lot of bureaucracy both in and out and especially a very "thorough" exit control that gave me the clear message that had there been any wear and tear on the car (without any accident) would have been treated as "damage" and my deposit would have been charged. It felt so bad, I think that Salvatore makes a profit center out of the tourists driving and parking in the tough streets of Sicily. In addition, I didn't like having to pay €50 for CarMotion to open at 7am vs. 8am (airport location).
Pros: Rapidità del servizio ed inoltre il fatto che al controllo della vettura viene condiviso il report fotografico insieme a me. A differenza di altri autonoleggi in loro ho notato molta più trasparenza e affidabilità.

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 80.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
