Cons: Relatively old cars with no extras. The flppr in our car was wet for unknown technical reason, but office clerks did not believe us, they told we left window open in rain. We came back with proofs until they finally believe us and changed the car.

Cons: Car was not as described. It was a fiat panda that was from the 80s or 90s so it was very old and a bit scary to drive on the hills as the car rolled quite a bit. The interior seats were all ripped. When I said I expected a newer car they said I could have one if I paid more. I didn’t like this tactic as it felt like a ‘bait and switch scam’.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 750.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Accident Administration fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 72.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 31 days.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
