Cons: The car was all scratched. The representative told us to make a video of all the scratches instead of putting in the agreement where the car is scratched. We dropped the car off during the working hours, but had to wait 15mins until the representative arrived. Both of the child seats were very low quality. The Child seat (9-18 kg) was more like an infant seat. I don't know who you can fit a 3 year old in the seat.

Pros: The Carwiz representative picked us up from the airport less than 5 minutes after I called. At the office rhe car was ready to go, simply given tge ketscans we were done in 5 minutes. The car was a but dusty, but that was entirely due to the sandstorm that day and cannot be held against Carwiz. On return the same representative was immediately ready to drive us to the airport. She was very pleasant, friendly and efficient, could not have been better. Absolutely top notch service.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to complain about, we will definitely book with Carwiz on our next trip.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: credit card, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: JCB, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, Maestro credit card, American Express credit card, Union Pay.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee. Additional charges will be applied.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Cyprus.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes. If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
