Pros: The car had mud splattered on the outside. One of the tires appeared low, but I was told it was fine, only to end up with a flat a few days later. They filled tire with air and said it was fine again.

Cons: Slow response time after the 2nd flat tire. Car not drivable for remainder of trip. Staff tried to insinuate it was my fault.

Pros: The pickup was great.

Cons: The drop-off was unnecessarily long and complicated. There was nobody at the booth. After I called, I was told to look for an agent that was not at the lot. I was asked a few times to wait. I was also told to just leave the key. Finally, the agent that arrived was grumpy and unprofessional. He initialy refused to issue any document, stating that everything is ok and that he will send the documents later.

Pros: Generally polite an efficient.

Cons: Extras for cleaning: €10. Extra €35 if we wanted to visit island.Car was not same spec as we ordered. ExpectingVW T-Roc and got a Opel Mokka - a big difference.Their reason was I had specified Automatic. I was unimpressed with the Mokka and it was quite old with 45000 Km on clock.

Pros: Well organised courteous and pleasant. A near new vehicle which was just right for us on the narrow roads of Korcula Island.

Cons: This Renault Clio had an unusual reverse gear - a lifting of a concealed part of the handle. This caused problems - I was not told about it. Also the boot and back doors had "concealed" openers - much less of a problem. It was very late at night with a customer patiently waiting but the reverse gear was a problem - somehow I was able to go only forward till I got help.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 990.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, Eurocard, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes. If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
