Pros: Very little. The agent at Zagreb airport aggressively sold us insurance using scare tactics re police involvement etc. he also lied and said there getting petrol in Dubrovnik was difficult, again to sell us further cover to give the car back with an empty tank. That was a lie. Petrol is easy in Dubrovnik.

Cons: See above. The only good thing was how friendly the agent was when we dropped the car off in Dubrovnik.

Pros: Not much. Car was dirty and with many little hits.

Cons: First I had to provide a security deposit of 1.800 euros, that was not previously informed. I was told that if I rented the car directly I would have to provide a security deposit of only 200 euros. Then, I was told that several fees would have to be paid (30€ for picking up the car after 21h. I piched it up at 21h15. 35€ for using the car in ferry boats, 10€ for outside cleaning (???). Many fees that were not previously informed. I felt like robed. Never again will use this rent-a-car.

Cons: The service by the car vendor is not professional, they did not pick me up on time, I have to push them several time, when I pick up the car, they did not ask me to check the car thoughtfully, however when I return the car and they had check the car in very detailed way although I have brought the full insurance with higher price.

Pros: I liked nothing about this place. It's overpriced and greedy. My original price was not what I payed for. They gave me a different car that I had to pay more and they didn't have me a full tank. When I return the car with the same amount of gas they charged me 100 euros for not a full tank and I returned it with the same amount that I got it with. Then refused to drop me at the airport. Overall very stressful experience and I will never go back there or recommend it to anyone.

Cons: 자그레브공항 도착 후, 다른 렌트카 사무실에 물어픽업 위치에서 전화하니 10분쯤 후에 데리러 옴. 내 차량 예약시간은 밤9시. 저녁 8시 50분쯤 렌트카 사무실 도착, 신용카드로 잔금 치르고 차량 인수. 차량 흠집도 전혀 체크하지 않고 사인하라길래 깜깜한 밤에 비는 오기 시작하는 와중에 차량상태 확인할 시간 5분만 달라고 함. 그랬더니 사무실 운영시간이 9시까지인데 늦어져서 오버워킹 수수료라며 내 카드로 37.5유로 추가 결제함. 이건 말도 안된다고 실랑이 발생. 차량 인수 거절했더니 계약금, 잔금, 오버워킹 수수료 다 환불 안된다며 공항에 도로 데려다 줄테니 다음 날 고객서비스팀과 얘기하라면서 경찰을 부른다고 협박. 그대로 차량인수하고 다음날 원청인 디스커버리카로 연락했더니 카위즈에선 국경 넘는 수수료라고 주장한다고. 그게 국경 수수료면 처음 잔금 치를 때 계약서에 포함시켜서 프린트하고 잔금에 포함시켜서 결제하지 왜 20분 후에 따로 프린트 해서 따로 카드결제를 했겠냐니까

Pros: Spoke good English and willing to give advice were needed and were polite.

Cons: The car rental gave the impression they were given us special treatment due to the poor experience we had been through getting to Zagreb but this was not the case because we heard the same offer word for word given to other customers. It our first visit to Zagreb, first time using this car rental and we felt there were extra costs added when picking car up.

Cons: I have the following issues: Car Wiz charging me for unpaid traffic violation (actually parking ticket) + processing fee even though I have paid it. Selling me a GPS device when the car had one, selling me a green book and cross border stamp when it is not required by immigration officials of Croatia and Bosnia. Car Wiz also tried to sell me car insurance when I had booked and paid for the same from Discover Car.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 990.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, Eurocard, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes. If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
