Cons: At arrival we spend 50min with our newborn daughters outside since the agent didn't want to leave the keys 50min early. He offered to give us the car 50 min earlier than booked if we payed for 1 extta day. If id leave the car 1h before booked drop off would they pay us 1 extra day?? Don't think so. At drop off no agent were to be seen outside and desk was closed. I called the agencies number 30min but no answer, finally we found a agent on the parking with civil clothes and not very polite.

Pros: Picked up the car at Zadar. Huge long line of people with just one poor girl trying to do her best. Would have been a great idea to move people picking up cars out of the airport walk way and have them in the room next to the check in with a numbering system. What we did love was the service we got a Rijkea. The young man walked with me back to where the car was parked, he was friendly, helpful, and drove us in the car to the bus stop. Lovely service.

Cons: Trying to actually find the location to drop of the car in Rijeka. Took considerable time and was confusing. We were starting to panic thinking it was just going to be an office space. Better information required and visual sign on the roadside not up the stairs.

Cons: Took 1.5 hours to get the car, and not because it was crazy busy, but they were extremely slow ~20 min per car They force you into an full to empty tank deal where you have to pay the fuel for a tank even if you don't use it all.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 990.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, Eurocard, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes. If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
