Cons: The drop off at Corfu Port. There was no desk at the port. We were told to call 15 minutes before drop off so they can be on time. They arrived 30 minutes late. No excuse, they said it was because of traffic. Also very not convenient for people with no cellphone service.

Cons: The service was awful. They charged us 22€ extra eschday because we didnt have VISA credit card. We had only Debit card wich shouldnt matter. When we returned the car. We asked to have the car for additional 8 hours. They wanted to charge us 120€ för those hours(the price for the car was 160€ for 5 Days. So we rented a car from slutsleta car rental for only 56€. We paid for a Volkswagen T rock but a citroen instead.

Pros: They were very quick in giving and receiving the car.

Cons: Unfortunately, like all car rental agencies abroad, they impose price increases beyond what was agreed upon online during the booking: in our case, to be able to use a debit card, we were forced to pay an additional 16 euros per day, totaling 160 euros, on top of the nearly 700 euros for the vehicle reservation. Otherwise, they would not have given us the vehicle.

Pros: The overall car condition and cleanlines is ok.

Cons: Confusement with insurances and their policies. Also we were ot informed about previous clients damage to the car. And when we pointed out this damage it was said by the stuff that its just how the car is built. Luckily we made video about it before driving off. The video turned out very useful for proving that we didnt cause the damage when handling over the car. Without that video the damage could probably been put to our fault.

Pros: The car rented was en “elite” model, and ended up receiving a 12 year old mercedes that is not suitable and which of course did not work properly, causing us to have to get a new car the next day and spending almost two hours of our holiday time trying to resolve the issue. Also, when we first arrived, and tried to shorten our reservation, we were encountered by a rather rude gentleman who quite loudly told us that changes to our reservation were not possible. I would never recommend this

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 78 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 74.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
Crossing country/state borders is not allowed.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
