Cons: CARWIZ Agent was very unhelpful. He totally ignored our online purchase and we had to start the process anew. He refused to honour the deposit we had paid and forced us to take insurance with him. He told us either that or no car.

Cons: On airport are only a couple of offices and there is no office of your Carwiz rent a car. Connect to wifi and see that no one is calling you, no one is waiting for you, and then what do you decide? Decide to go to the first rent a car and take the car. The reservation was for 1:00 p.m. and you receive a WhatsApp message at 1:45 p.m. asking where you are because you booked a car with them. It's a shame that no one called or waited for you if there is no rent a car office at the airport.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Standard, Intermediate, Minivan, Fullsize, Wagons a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Premium, Special a driver license valid for at least 5 years is required.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
