Pros: This car company is a SCAM and I filed a complaint with the Florida attorney general’s office.

Cons: They Scammed me out of more money and gave me an unsafe car.

Cons: There was 5 family sitting outside with reservations and they didn’t have cars for them. The guy at the counter was a dick, and I don’t blame him with the system allowing reservations when they didn’t have cars available to reserve anyways. Ruined the first half of my vacation trying to find a rental car last minute with another company that was better at everything

Pros: I like nothing about Carwiz. The prices advertised are low and you pick up they force you to buy unnecessary insurance, and other fees that were not disclosed at the time of the reservation.

Cons: My fisrt time renting with them and the last time too. A car rental that was originally $210 ended costing $600.

Cons: but the time to acquire the rental car as well as the quality and ONE safety issue (I am a mechanic...) is very concerning.

Pros: Couldn't find reservation at first. Old car. I thought it was a 2016 or older. Scapes on car and it was dirty inside and out. Made us pay 20 a day for insurance when we had insurance which is Geico.

Pros: The shuttle driver and agent were hospitable. All of the hidden overage charges caused us to rent elsewhere.

Cons: Difficult to find the shuttle from airport. NOT clearly marked. No one ever answers the phone. 14.95 a day for Sun Pass activation is Totally ridiculous. Should be one time fee. Had tire inflation light when I left. Told them. They sent me on my way anyway. Wound up getting a flat and didn't know it until I looked. Totally unsatisfied with the whole deal.

Cons: Was charged an extra $100 for insurance that I already had. Multiple customers complained about the same thing. The manager literally said “you should have read the fine print, that’s how we get you”. Horrible experience. This company and its affiliates with never received a dollar from anyone I know because I will warn them of this scam organization.

The car was also severely damaged, and had stains all over the inside. The car was unstable when driving, and was very old. The air conditioning in the car was also not working as it should.

Cons: When we arrived on Sunday the 10tn and went to the address on the email the depot was closed. We then went to the airport and got taken to another depot along with others and we all ended up with no car to hire. The depot we were taken to told us they only receive cars for Discover.

Cons: Fraudulent charge for a toll plus $25 penalty!! Charge of $10 per day if you have your own insurance is nothing more than a money grab. Vehicle condition deplorable!

Cons: They made me buy third party liability. The car was dented and scratched and in terrible condition. The gas was not full at pickup. Thank god I took pictures of damage before taking car since they told me I did damage but then after showing they said ok no problem. Had car insurance through my credit card but they forced me to buy third part liability.

Pros: Do not sell this rental company! There have been SO MANY reports of dishonest business practices. We went to pick up our car and they told us we would have to pay for their overpriced insurance (almost $1000!!) otherwise we could not rent. I believe it is illegal to not allow customers to decline the car rental company's insurance. We have our own insurance as well as comprehensive coverage from our credit card.

Cons: Service from the agent. Long. Refused to serve a girl who was alone because she was late. Everyone who came in "late" had reservations saying they had until 10 pm. Apparently the place was closing at 7 pm. No one knew. Also, finding the shuttle and making sure CarWiz is the same as GreenMotion seemed not legit.

Indeed, when my turn came they told me that the insurance that I had taken was useless and also that the car would cost much more. It is disappointing that companies like these exist.

The representatives we're harassing the younger women who rented cars about the condition of the cars they returned. This is a disgrace of a business and will only rent from top names in the rental business. Shame on you guys!

Cons: I don't know what CARWIZ did, the car came from COLUSA car rental company . So what did Discover cars do? The manager tried to clarify the process of renting a car fr Discover or Car Wiz od COLUSA. which isn't clear. 1.We had Poor Shuttle Service, Incorrect phone numbers 2. A damaged rental a car not the one advertised was given to us 3.Hidden Charges $50.00for insurance thart we thought we paid before the car was picked up. Also had a Senior charge of $50.00

And ColUSA turned out to be the owner. In case of any liability I have no idea who to call and address the issue. Booking to unknown name brand was a mistake

Pros: I ended up not renting due to all the additional charges, deposits, and rules. I thought I would save money by renting offsite but in the end it was more than an on-site rental agency. Plus the weekend shuttle after drop off was not good for an early return flight.

Cons: Offered a great deal online but it turned out to be about the same price as Onsite airport. Gladly forfeited deposit without renting car-I think I dodged a bullet with this company. Never again.
