Pros: The service at the airport was great, friendly and very efficient. We had to wait for 15 mins when dropping off the car due to the busy timing and that is something everyone should consider in prior to the flight. We had plenty of time to the flight departure.

Cons: CarWiz in many ways was BAD ! I got my pickup at 9pm and I arrived at 9pm ! I was told the car is not ready because person before came late. So I waited with my family for 45min and after 45min guy came and said everything was ok with the car (was already dark outside). First they charged me extra £25 for a pickup after office hours (office hours finishing 9pm hehe and I arrived 9pm but he opened system 9:45pm).

Pros: Very well organized, excellent communication and easy and efficient to use services for a very fair price. I would definitely recommend.

Cons: The car interior and exterior were not very clean (even if still acceptable), the tire pressure indicator was on when we got the car and the floor of the trunk was also unstable due to a big spare wheel lifting it which difficulted a bit sometimes as we had a lot of luggages. Those are not very important details but which could be easily solve and make it absolutely perfect.

Cons: These guys do not operate in an ethical manner. They will try and sell insurance but when you decline it they have other ways of extracting money from you. A very small scratch - actually under the car (less than 2 cms) and barely visible, that you had to be on the ground to see, was charged over £200. It took the chap 5 minutes to try and find something to charge us for as it was brought back in spotless condition.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 98 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Renters from the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, China, Japan, USA must provide the following documents: International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Prepaid cards, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

During winter season (from 01.11 until 31.03) Winter tires are included in price.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
