Cons: Still very pushy trying to scare you into buying the additional insurance, completely dismissive of the fact I had already purchased in the UK I could see how someone less able to understand would be duped or bullied.

Pros: Staff at pick-up point (lady) was verry unpleasant and arrogant. The People at the parking were very friendly and helpfull!

Cons: I rent/reserved a Nissan Juke class car. I got a Jeep with major damages. Went back and asked for another car. After a lot discussion got recommanded to upgrade my rental car to a bigger and more comfortable (Hyundai Tucsan) car by just paying 6€ more. I accepted and got keys to a small MB A-class, which was not clean at all. A feeling of intended manipulation to pay more and get less :(

The seats were not installed in the car, one was broken the other one covered in horrible stains and what I assumed was sick and hadn’t been cleaned. When raised I was given a cover to put over the top. I asked to get help installing them and was told they aren’t allowed. Rude staff who went out of their way to be awkward and obstructive, I have photos of the car seats I was given. Wouldn’t ever use again

Cons: After dropping the cari asked to check the car for fuel and overal condition.After check i been told that's all fine,I have asked for the confirmation via email, however they said they don't do that I had no other choice just to believe and trust.Couple days later after flying home...surprise!they refunded only half of the fuel money, despite me filling full tank before dropping the car.Be careful, ask for confirmation, signature, name of representatives, pictures .Be careful!

I used it only a month earlier at the same airport with a different rental co with no problem. So she was Happy to spoil all our Holliday from the off. I went to the Euro car rental at the next desk who gave me a car in less than 10 min.

Cons: There's an additional charge for fuel you have to pay in advance even though you intend to return the car with full tank. In my case of the little Fiat 500, it was £89. Not had this with any other hiring company. The charge was refunded when I returned the car with full fuel, although in my case they refunded me £6 less for some reason.

I only booked the car as was cheaper than taxi but after all the added costs this did not work out as planned. The car after one day also would not start considering it was brand new. I thought trouble shooting such as shutting the door putting your seatbelt on and making sure all the windows were shut was not really a great trouble shooting process

Cons: The first car I was given had a really dirty drivers seat like someone had been eating and drinking and dropping on the seat. Horrible stains. Centauro swopped for another vehicle that was a little better.

Cons: Watch out for the possible trick. The company insistently offers you full insurance, but after you return the car, they can freely detect the lack of any element inside. Without notifying you and without being real, they will charge you. Maybe it's the branch's policy to make money out of nothing, or it's an employee's intention to make you pay for his mistake. But in any case, I don't recommend it, unless you take pictures of the whole interior.

I expect this is due to the admin error. I have issued a complaint and am waiting to hear back but no response yet after 48 hours

Cons: The insurance cost and different options was slightly confusing.

Pros: Guys where fantastic our flight got redirected to another airport and with in 10 mins of calling them they had arranged for me to pick up a car at the new airport at no extra cost.

Pros: It took 3 hours to collect car at airpirt!

Cons: We waited in the airport in a queue for the rental desk for almost 2 hours. Then to only require the agent to input my passport and driving license details onto the system and take payment. All of which could have been done online beforehand. I was then charged a late service fee as the flight was delayed and there was the massive queue.

Pros: Although I booked with everything covered they wanted either 154 euros to cover any other damage or they woud take 1200 euro on my credit card until it was returned and even with a scratch on the car they would not give me back my 1200 euro, this is just a scam as I already had cover from the UK insurance, the lady said either you want to pay 154 Euro or 1200 its up to you. I shall spread this to all social media and to money saving expert UK

Cons: Despite specifically rejecting extra insurance when I booked and telling the agent st the desk that I didn’t want or need extra insurance We were subjected to 10 mins sales spiel. Because I was getting annoyed he said I was rude.I was annoyed that although I thought I had booked full/full I was told that I had to take half/half. He said full/ full was an option but they hadn’t got any. I took the car as half full and returned it half full but was charged for refuelling and extra fuel. Rip off!

Cons: Booked a ‘van’ type vehicle but got a hatchback. Worked out ok but could have been awkward.

Cons: Had to pay a very high price for the insurance. Twice as much as on line booking. Same car, same length of time.

Pros: This scale is ambiguous not clear if 1 means little time dropping car or long time!!

Cons: Massive wait at Alicante. Never told that at Malaga airport there is no drop off. It is a ten minute drive away!! Terrible.

Cons: I was scammed out of €126 by Centauro. I called Centauro after making the booking on +34966360360 to see if it was ok to use the secondary driver's credit card for the booking as the primary driver does not have a credit card. I was told this was absolutely fine. Upon arriving at the desk to collect the car I was told they could only accept a credit card in the first drivers name. They only way they would accept the secondary drivers credit card was if we added the Smart Cover.

Cons: felt pressurised to upgrade, take extra insurance, take out break down assistance. Car was highly damaged

Pros: The car was great - brand new and exactly what we wanted. The staff at the pick up point in the car were very helpful as we'd been given the wrong space number to pick the car up from. Drop off was great and the man who checked our car was polite and efficient.

Cons: Tried the hard sell for extras when we reached the desk. Got very pushy with us to take out extra unnessecary insurance etc. Did not give us directions as to where to find the car.

Pros: Did not accommodate my booking mistake! And doubled my rental fee. It was MY mistake in booking but I expected a bit more understanding since we had been traveling for 2 and 1/2 days

Cons: hire agreement was full/full petrol. I was told the car was 3/4 full of petrol at the desk when signing up for the car. When I got to it, it wasn't even 3/4 full. It should have been full as per hire agreement. I took the car back with nearly full of petrol, Centauro would not refund the difference when I asked for it.This is very unfair as nowhere in the terms and conditions does it say they will not refund the difference.If I had taken the car back under 3/4 they add charges. very Unhappy!

Cons: I know that car rental companies in Spain just crook. But not on a such level. Especially 75 deposit for refueling and refunding without VAT

Pros: Honestly, nothing really. It was stressful even getting the car.

Cons: They didnt give me an automatic and I had to fight to change it. I couldnt find the discover office because it doesnt exist and Centauro staff sent me away intially not knowing what discover is.
