Centauro at Santorini Airport

Pros: Transportation from airport and to airport only

Cons: The car which was not well cleaned from the inside. The lady at the desk was not kind at all. She tried to sell me additional car protection and telling me that she knows all damages on the car and in case that there will be a new one, she will charge me at least 350 EUR. The car was fully damaged already, meaning that in case of repair the whole car would need to be painted and I am sure this has already been charged to somebody else.

Pros: Brand new cars

Cons: I would like them to have more cars to choose from maybe. Only Citroen C3 in that category. I may be asking too much, I know!

Pros: Staff Was very friendly and nice. Car was new, 3k km done with it. Refund of the deposit was fast a couple of days after I arrived in Romania, the amount was in my account.

Cons: The car was left with almost no gas in it, so I filled the reservoir full cause I couldn't determine the amount of gas needed, so in the end I lost half of the money for fuel. First time when I rent a car and it doesn't have full reservoir. Deposit was very high like 1400 euro, again didn't make to much sense to me, but if that was the rule I've gone with the flow. Waited for the shuttle more than 30 minutes, so in the end we payed a cab to bring us to the car rental desk

Pros: Correcte afhandeling.

Cons: Ze zitten niet aan de luchthaven, dus moesten we wachten op de shuttle. Probeerden ons nog een extra verzekering aan te praten, terwijl we een omnium hadden genomen.

Pros: Steal my 84 eur.

Cons: Could have used a sign "Centauro" at the pick up point.

Cons: The location of pickup was not clear. Instructions on where the shuttle will pickup from the airport would have helped with removing some confusion.

Pros: Had the pleasure of meeting George at pickup; he went out of his way to accommodate our late flight arrival. Then had the pleasure of of returning car to Anesto, he was very friendly and and professional....they both made our experience very memorable in Santorini. No complaints here. Bravo.

Pros: Very fast drop off. The guy with spectacles was very efficient.

Cons: Not at airport meeting point at the time booked. Waited past booked time. Only turn up after calling. Clutch was very thin.

Pros: Supportive when other car crashed me.

Cons: When I borrowed the car, the agent only gave me key and didn't go with me to the car or show me the car. I was charged 38 euro because there was 25% of fuel. However when I returned back it was still 50% full and they refund me only for 25%. This is really rip off for client. They should provide the car with full tank and requested to deliver back full.

Pros: The car was good. The price was great

Cons: Tried to sell me insurance even though I had it. Didn’t like the fact they said if the car breaks down then it’s up to you to cover the cost of recovery. Got to airport and phoned the number and it didn’t get answered and had to ask a local to try for me. He never got through either.

Pros: It was a small office with very quick service when picking up the car.

Cons: I was very disappointed in the way I was sold on the extra insurance coverage. Rather than show me options on a contract, I was just verbally told I had 2 options and 1 was very bad. There was just enough of a language barrier that I accepted the far more expensive option because I was travel tired, and not sure what was and was not covered by my credit card insurance in Greece. Shame on me for not researching that better beforehand but I feel like I got taken advantage of on that front.

Pros: The car was ok, although, according to us, it was worse than the category we had payed for.

Cons: 1) at the aiport, no one was there to pick us up. If you ask for the flight n°, I expect not to wait 30 minutes outside the airport. 2) we had payed for max insurance but, once at the desk, we were “warmly” suggested to pay additional 100€, otherwise, for any small damage we would have payed minimum 300€. Sounded intimidating. We chose not to pay the 100€ and the deposit increased from 900€ to 1100€. 3) return flight at 8:20, opening time 7, the ladies arrived at the office at 7:20.

Pros: Quick drop off experience

Cons: No explanation of how we would be picked up and taken to the office. We were told to walk to a sign. No one was there for 30 minutes. The car window inside was filthy and the car was heavily damaged. Also we were advised full to full and it was 30% making it difficult to refill.

Pros: smiling faces, willing to go overboard

Pros: Merry unfortunately had a nightmare due to the car getting a flat tire and tow truck. Despite this, the staff were incredibly helpful throughout. All had great spirits and were very kind.

Cons: When picking up the car the agent was not honest on car condition and didn't mark the revision correctly, we had to tell them various other mars in the car.

Pros: Overall it was fine. But the coordination of shuttles was below fun.
