Pros: Great nearly new vehicle and no issues whatsoever.

Cons: Took quite a while to get the car and then it was a damaged car from a hail storm.

Pros: The car wasnt parked on the spot I was directed to and also lacked some of the safety equipment which was delivered when I mentioned it.

Cons: Easy-going staff who didnt try to sell me a lot of extras, just informed me about the terms and conditions.

Pros: Was pleasantly surprised with the ease of car hitting with Centauro. Made the trip so much less stressful with no hidden fees or attempts to take extra money

Pros: Quick and nice service. I got upgraded to a nicer car. Cars are quite new and they feel fresh. The mileage of the car I got was around 80k kilometers, there were scratches and dents but nothing very big. I would not expect anything more from a cheap rental company. The car was well-equipped.

Cons: The location for drop off and pickup is not visually the nicest, but all in all it doesn't matter that much. The car had dirty windshield and back mirror.

Cons: Hard sell if further insurance! Car was damaged all over and not recorded correctly on paperwork. We had to spend a long time going over it with an agent to record the damage. He said he would email me the revised paperwork but we never received it. We took time stamped photos of the damage as proof of the condition it was in on handover. So very dirty inside and out. Car also drives very poorly.

Pros: We noticed a blowing exhaust on our first car when we arrived at our home in Estepona, we had to drive all the way back to Malaga to change the car and we were charged for the fuel which I wasn’t happy about. They did however give us a replacement car which was fantastic

Cons: It took 1 hour to take the car! When I said we have never waited so long to take a car at a rental station, she just answered there was a lot of people that day... We also had to add air in the tires soon after leaving the station.

Pros: Everyone was spot on start to finish, really helpful team at pick up, brand new car, brand new car seats for the kids (literally helped the lady unwrap them). Drop off was super quick and easy. Pick up shuttle driver from airport was great and very friendly.

Cons: I’d maybe just say stick a sign post up at the pick up point at the airport. We arrived and were inbetween shuttles, obvious that’s where all the car hire companies pick you up from but still you question yourself when you can’t see the shuttle and it’s 37 degrees outside and you have two screaming babies!

Pros: When they picked me up at the airport, they are waiting for me by name. Dropping off the car was super fast, also the driver was taxing us instantly to the airport without waiting for another client.

Cons: This is the second time I have had the same problem in Spain and Portugal! I specifically choose a rental that accepts a debit card. But upon arrival at the rental office, the price is always about 3 times more than indicated on the discovercars website. They start to explain something, the language barrier, time passes, you get nervous and end up agreeing to a different price. This is unfair. Although otherwise there are no problems

When I called them the asked me to drive it back to the hire desk 100km from my house. They put my whole family in danger.

Cons: The booking process was simple once at the counter, but the office appeared to operate a numbered ticketing system to service clients in turn. However, having spent two minutes registering for a ticket, one person walked straight up to the counted and was served. The ticketing system was totally ignored by the staff - annoying, and irritating after a three hour flight. Get rid of it.
