Cons: They are not transparent about existing problems with the car. I was not given any paper contract and was only told 'there are some problems with the car'. I had to manually register on their website and luckily found a contract there after arriving ro the destination. It was crucial to make photos and video in the beginning since when dropping off the representative was asking about a scratch that was there when I picked up the car but it was not documented.

Pros: When we raised a complaint, it appeared that the website and the rental car provider were not sharing accurate information with each other. The staff seemed unsure of what had happened and implied that this was not the first time such an issue had occurred. From a customer perspective, this feels like being charged twice for the same service. We believe this is something that should be improved and clearly stated during the booking process to prevent similar situations in the future.

Cons: Serious lack of transparency in the booking process provided. At your Mallorca office, I was forced to purchase an additional insurance that I did not need, as my Mastercard Debit card was not accepted for the security deposit. This contradicts the information clearly stated during the booking process, where Mastercard Debit cards are listed as an accepted payment method. Moreover, I had booked a vehicle with a full-to-full fuel but received a 80% full one. I've been force to pay 156€ + 56€.

Cons: Centauro added an unsolicited, non-refundable coverage to my contract called Smart Cover, claiming it was the security deposit. I literally asked about this. They never sent me the contract — clearly trying to hide it. This so-called coverage costs more than renting a car for the same period without any deposit. No one in their right mind would agree to that unless the front desk staff deceived the customer — which is exactly what they did to me.

She was rushing through the explanation and included in the total a specific cost for a service that I didn't want or request. I'm referring to the car excess insurance. I also found scratches on the car that were not present in the contract. I had to chase the agent so as to add the scratches on their system. Then I had to chase the agent again for a new contract to be printed so that I would have proof of all the scratchs.

Pros: At the time of returning the car, the lady (local) was super friendly and helpfull.

Cons: Rude personnel (foreign) refusing to do their job. At the pickup time the agent refused to do the car visual inspection, claiming that the car is OK. Scratches and a dent on the car have to be mentioned on the paperwork before the vehicle pickup.

After seeing three full buses of customers be served before us and cutting the line to insist we had been forgotten, we were finally attended because an employee made an exception. It's unacceptable. There was chaos in the office, people don't know where to go and end up cutting the line to be served.

We sat in front of the rental car gate since 5am. There was no drop box to return key. No customer service line at that hour. There were several people in the same predicament. Once it was 7 am ALL of the agents and employees arriving were rude. Terrible Terrible! I would probably not rent from them again.

Cons: Centauro operate off site i.e. away from the airport terminal building at Palma airport. It's only because I have used this company before that I remembered where to find the mini bus pick up point. There doesn't seem to be any signage inside or on exiting the airport buildings to help customers find their way.

Cons: £50 for an extra driver

Pros: It was a last minute booking for me and I liked how the price was very good for the amount of time needed. The woman on the desk also provided the option to become fully covered so I wouldn't have to pay an excess of 1000€ incase the car was damaged.

Cons: It was kind of time consuming to find the shuttle bus to the car rental office

Pros: Rental agent was very nice and helpful, particularly as I wasn't aware that US drivers needed an IDL to drive in Spain as of 8 February 2019. He let me us their WiFi, etc. so I could procure an expedited IDL.

Pros: brand new car

Pros: Good value and very quick dropping off the car.

Cons: It wasn't easy to find shuttle which will take us from the airport.

Cons: Fraudulent charges for additional car cover and fuel charges. Very unhelpful at the desk when this was raised. Most unhappy and separate complaint raised with Discovery

Pros: good price point and clean cars

Cons: wait time to pickup car was horrible, and there is no early drop off if you have an earlier flight.
