Cons: The car was not in a great condition. The internal boot cover was broken as was the floor mat in the boot. There was also a minor vibration at higher speeds and the tires didn’t match. Overall it was a fine car, however.

Pros: The queue was a long wait after a long flight, however this wasn't the staff's fault, it was a long queue and they worked as fast as they could. I would recommend and use Cicar again

Cons: unfortunately desk was not open at the arrivals hall so had to find the desk within the main terminal and the queue was extremely long (Waited for over an hour to pick up keys)

Pros: We had to change our car after collecting late at night it was a large car and we had ordered a small one, but the staff were efficient and helpful

Cons: Our flight had been delayed by 1 hour the lady who was in the cicar office said in future if we did not put the flight number on our paper work the office will not remain open for us. I travel a lot and usually do put my flight number on the form, my mistake but maybe tell customers how important flight number is.

Cons: The signs at Tenerife South airport send you to the drop off point, not the separate collection point. The number of staff were not sufficient to deal with the huge numbers, leading to a nearly 2 hour queue. The staff didn't tell me they'd given me a Manual transmission car rather than the Automatic transmission car I'd paid for.
