Pros: Very friendly and quick to respond. Meet and Greet service

Cons: Very poor quality vehicle. already covered in scratches and the battery packed up on day 2. No clear terms. As well as breaking down and having to pay for a new battery we also had a collision with another driver (their fault) and I am completely unclear about my liability and how I will be refunded. I didn't get any details on how I would collect the car or return it other than 'meet and greet'. Very stressful

Pros: The pick up, but imagine this also would have been difficult if we had not had a Turkish sim to contact with our arrival time and location, possible confusion with arrivals and depatures!

Cons: Not much to be honest, company needs to buck up thete ideas to offer a good service. Fuel was empty, extra stress after midnight navigating in a foreign country.

Cons: They didn't have an office. They made us wait for 30 min. They charged us a crazy sum to be able to drop the car into a different airport. The car wasn't clean in the inside and is not in a great condition.

Pros: I liked the fact that it was a meet and greet service.

Cons: Not a full tank of petrol which I then had to find a petrol station to complete my journey. It should have been a full tank. I received a manual car when I ordered a automatic car. I couldn't get a sat nav, even though discover cars said I can get one when I pick the car up. They wouldn't let me pay remaining balance with my debit card when it said I could when I ordered it so had to put it on a credit card. Finally I waited 20 mins over my pickup time & thought I may miss my flight.

Cons: In Bodrum, a diesel car (+ $ 40 from the cost of a petrol car) of the Intermediate class Fiat Agea or similar with an automatic transmission was ordered. In fact, the car was given a worse class Hyundai accent, which, of course, did not fit all my things. For petrol Renault Megane or Fluence which were available and corresponded to the intermediate class, the provider demanded a significant surcharge, blackmailing my hopelessness or offering other cars on the mechanics.

Cons: car was not up to the standard needed. Drove the car up the road and the warning light came on Had only '2 bars' of petrol in car on pick up, drove up road and went to 1 straight away. On return we had to chase up company to pick up car and had to wait with it outside airport. Car was lacking power and made a racket.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.


A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires, Wi-Fi, First additional driver.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 360 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
