Pros: Honestly we did not received any service

Cons: The car company does not have an office, they didn’t come to the meeting point on time we had to call them. We couldn’t do any upgrade, the agent did not speak English therefore was difficult to communicate even if he was friendly. The car was smelling sigarette. Drop of the car was very weird , we have been told to leave the car without locking the car on the parking of the airport , no any check has been done , no any communication or confirmation for the return.

Cons: Texted them before and he told me some one will be Waiting with my name on the board. Did not happened looked for him every ware i had to ask other car rental representatives if they now circle hire and eventually some called him and asked him to come . They gave me a very old car almost 150k km on the clock a bit scary the drive comparing to my previous experiences in Turkey that was the worst

Pros: It was a scam,

Cons: I paid a fair amount of money in pound Sterling to hire a particular car only to meet someone at the airport who does not speak English at the early hours of the day it took ages to do paper work while my exhausted family waiting with luggage paid the rest of money only to take me to a complete different car with all means. We had no choice as to take it and drive to our destination, however in the morning rang the office they say they don’t have what I asked/paid for so take it or leave it!

Cons: We picked up the car and they didn't tell us we should paid the airport parking fee, plus the car was dirty, and fortunately close to our villa the car stopped just dead, I called them at 7am and they came in the afternoon around 3/4pm We didn't have a chance to do shopping and we stayed with our children without eating. As well the 4 indicator lights didn't work

Pros: Office staff in Fethiye very pleasant, we had a car upgrade and the price was good.

Cons: No meet and greet at airport as promised, the guy was almost an hour late it was a good job a guy helped us and phoned the car rental chap. Given a car for the night which did not have good breaks, metal to metal. No one at drop off another half hour waite.

Cons: Had the wrong car on arrival, was told to like it or leave it. Car was NOT road safe, brakes awful, brake light out, car pulled to the right, window wipers did not work. The list could go on! Terrible service at airport, tried to get rectified but no support what so ever. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.


A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires, Wi-Fi, First additional driver.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 360 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
