Cons: At the pick up I added a full coverage with zero excess that cost me twice the rental price. When I came to drop off the car the agent started to check the car and found a little bit of small stones and sand, for this reason I should pay them 30$. In the contract written that in extreme dirt or sand should pay penalty, but the car was really clear when I returned it. First time this happens to me and I rented a lot of cars worldwide .
