Pros: Excellent service from City Centre Car Rentals. The car provided was near new with low kilometres and drove really well. We had no issues with the car the whole rental period. The provision of their courtesy car to pick us up from the airport at the beginning of the rental period and then return us to our final accommodation at the end of the rental period was deeply appreciated. There were no issues about the condition of the car on return and the refund of the damage deposit was swift.

Driver admit is his fault didn't remind passengers to put on seat belt. After the incident the driver mentioned manager will send an email to us to solve this issue but until now no response. The car itself was in great condition, was very clean and we had no issues with it throughout our 19 day rental. We extended our rental with very little notice at the end to an out of hours time and city car rentals were great at making arrangements to drop the car off at the airport which was fantastic. Would definitely use these guys again

Pros: Unfortunately our experience with city car rentals did not start off very well. The car we were originally given was mechanically not good and we had to return it. It should not have been rented out. We returned to the depot wasted over an hour to swap over the car. After being reluctant to take the same model again we had to pay to upgrade to a newer car. The staff never offered an apology (except one young Asian guy he was great) and made us feel like we were complaining over nothing.

Cons: There’s nothing I didn’t like about the service. The only issue was the wait at the airport to be picked up was rather long. Maybe you can consider setting off to the airport in advance if it is confirmed that the customer is arriving.

Pros: The other Lady who drove me to the Qantas terminal. I don’t know her name, but she was wearing a scarf, or whatever they are called around her head. She was lovely.

Pros: After we made our resentment clear several times, Ms. Azura was kind enough to offer a replacement but another day which was not possible for us due to our pre-planned schedule and we couldn't drive back to the car centre to collect another car in the middle of our trip.

Cons: arrogant and indifferent attitude of the staff (not Ms. Azura). They didn't even bother to note the broken component in the hand-over form and waited until we found the defect. This was a dubious act.

Pros: Pleasant staff when picking up and dropping off.

Cons: State of the car and really didn’t feel that safe in it.

Cons: Instructions for pick up and drop off where sent only on the day, earlier would have been better

Cons: I'm still waiting for the $500 security hold to be released, it now over 48 hours sins we gave back the car and was told it would be released. and if there is a accident i have to fight the agent to get my money back, as i paid insurance with them but the car rental company does not recognize that insurance

Cons: I emailed them that cruise control was not working. They responded, but only by suggesting I call to learn how to use cruise control. Didn’t accept that cruise control not working. (I’ve owned three of the model we rented and know how to use cruise control.)

Pros: Prompt pick-up and transfer to their nearby depot, friendly service, car was clean car and exactly as advertised, they didn't push to upsell me, and much better value than on-airport suppliers.

Cons: Nothing - will use again if the price remains competitive

Cons: Missing satnav and car seat, had to go back the next day to collect but not offered any compensation despite drive 40mins away.
