Cons: We were given a car with a bad steering control that went left when trying to stay straight and a problem with the sensor of the tire that notified us of the low pressure. These problems were not notified to us when we picked the car up. Also we were charged 6000mkd for a superficial scratch and apparently some taxes even though we had the full coverage. The service was really poor and the man was rude.

Pros: The only thing I can’t complain was the agent Vlatko. He was great, polite and informative.
Cons: However the vehicle this company provides are not worth the money you pay. Firstly the car we had was damaged, aircon was not working at all sweating on 27C, and the wind screen wipers were very bad, impossible to drive safely when raining .

Pros: Really nice guy
Cons: we had full insurance so we wouldn't have any problems when returning the car. The gentleman stated that one dent was caused by us. It was hard to see in the photos. But it worked. We already have experience to record videos and take more photos

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 600.00), Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Contract fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Road tax, VAT (value added tax).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card.

Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.03. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
