When I refused to pay over $200 for the car, they couldn’t care less and left me stranded. This place is a joke. Save yourself the frustration and avoid them at all costs.

Then, they tried to charge me over $200 when I obviously didn’t meet their ridiculous requirement. The staff was completely indifferent, and I left without a car. Total scam. Cons: The rental process seemed straightforward initially, and I even opted to purchase the insurance online for an additional $10 per day. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I needed to purchase their specific "additional" insurance, regardless of the fact that I had already bought insurance online and had a copy of my own insurance to prove coverage. They rudely dismissed my own insurance, claiming it wasn't valid for their rental. The additional insurance cost $350 USD for the week.

I took videos prior to leaving the parking lot when got the car as proof because I was AFRAID I would be accused of the damage. The person I was getting the car from didn’t answer the phone when I called multiple times. We were stuck at the air port waiting.

The main unit did not provide cold air from the center venting and the rear venting for the passengers in the rear seats. Would take up to 20mins before it started functioning. If I turned off the engine, just to get gas, the air conditioning would reset and take another 20 mins before the unit would blow cold air from the center vents. For Florida, it was between 82-91 degrees so Air in the car is a necessity.

After I refused to pay Extra mandatory $35/day insurance I was stranded with no rental - had to find another "real" rental company that accepted VISA insurance. Clubs is a crappy little scam outfit and not a proper rental car company - the sooner they are out of business the better for mankind!

Brought me to my hotel instead of the airport upon returning the vehicle. Loved how they sent an email with 80 photos of the vehicle before I left and advised I could take my own photos as well.

However, as an insurance agent, I believe this helps with any issues that may arise. Not a bad thing, just didn't realize it. Pros: They are totally out to take your money. They were forcing us to accept their insurance policy which would have costed us an extra $300+. They said the only exception was a handful of insurance companies, which we had and had full coverage in. They still found an excuse for that to not be good enough. We ended up eating the original deposit and took an Uber. We had our kids and car seats with us and they did not care! Do not get mixed up with the shady company.

Cons: Off site location in bad area No key drop Only filled car to 1/2 tank instead of full tank as per reservation contract Offered cash-only option for added cost of early drop-off--unprofessional and unsafe. Why can't there simply be a key drop or longer hours, given that there are flights into and out of MCO all day and night? I ended up paying a much higher rate for the rental (3x-4x more) than expected due to the fine print of the contract related to my personal insurance level.

Cons: Read 1st comments - Orlanda airport, homeland security caused delays. We were in arrivals hall by 9:15pm - but your agent told me they closed at 9pm - and it wasn't their problem. This cost me $100 getting a cab. The next morning they would only hold the car till noon (despite telling them on the phone we were on our way). We had to rush tp Club Car rental Orlando. I previously worked for Avis - and would not have allowed the car to go out with Coca-Cola stains on the driver's seat .

Cons: They scam you into paying for insurance. I purchased full coverage when I booked the car. When I picked up they would not let me use that insurance because it did not cover uninsured drivers. Scammed me out of over $300. Don't ever use them.

Waited almost an hour for them to pick us up even though we were told the shuttle was “en route” and the station is less than 2 miles away. Avoid.

Cons: The fact that we had picked a specific vehicle, and when we arrived for pick-up it was a totally different vehicle.... apparently in fine print somewhere it said "our vehicle" or a similar one. That should of been properly advertised...and what is the point of reserving the vehicle you want if you can't even have it when the time comes???

Pros: I got an upgrade from a corolla to a rav 4 and did not have to pay extra.

Cons: They limit Insurance coverage to a specific number of companies. Which means you are forced to buy insurance coverage from them even if your current insurance covers you for rented vehicles. You have to pay minimum $10 per day for toll fee + actual toll. It is like you have to rent their scanner at $10 per day. You have to call for shuttle pick up from the airport and no one answers your call every time. In other words, they don't have regular shuttle picking up passengers from the airport.

Pros: There was nothing to like about the Clubs Car. They cancelled our reservation for no reason and blamed it on the computer "system". They did give us water as we had come from long trip and were without food and water while waiting for the car pick up.

Cons: The service was very bad. Our reservation was cancelled for no reason and we had to look for new booking which had to do with Priceline. We informed Discovercars.com by email and sent screen shots but no one responded and we were left standing at airport after a long and tiring trip

Cons: they forced us to purchase liability insurance in order to rent their vehicle when most insurance companies do not. And they gave us a car that was not in the same class as the vehicle i purchased online. They also charged us extra money for dropping the vehicle after hours.

Pros: Clubs car rental agent was very up front about using discover cars as middle man company and took the time to explain the conditions of using discover cars and their ridiculous insurance policies.

Pros: Nothing positive stood out - be aware of their hours and insurance policy details, and watch out for Juan the agent in their trailer office.

Cons: Juan at Clubs was the worst worker I've ever dealt with. He interrupted multiple times and decided to REFUSE to rent a car to me when I didn't understand the insurance policy, even though I'd already started the payment. It was only after I begged for him to not refuse service that he let me rent our car, and we had to pay nearly 300 in extra fees that we've never had to pay before, even the other time we used Clubs. NEVER use Clubs. We'll never again support their dishonest business model.

Cons: Took too long. agents didn't know how to fit child seat. Agent attempted to charge us for 7 toll violations on the dates before we had the car. Agents asked us prior to our visit how many passengers and bags we had, picked us up in a car that wasn't big enough, we had a child on our lap and suitcases on our laps. Shocking experience and were not contactable when one of the cars broke down leaving us in hot sunshine with a 3 year old child.

Cons: That they are frauds!!! They use a bait and switch tactic to rent cars! They make you think they are giving you a bargain and then raise the price once they pick you up from the airport and get you to their off airport location site! I will be doing a Google review about my experience!

Pros: Nothing. The cars appear to be straight out of auction or the impound lot. The condition of the cars was trash and many of the vehicle features did not work. The plug-ins were not in operational order. The car had several minor issues to include major issues like loose car seats and the wheel was missing a lug nut.

Cons: The surprise and hidden fees. The price advertised was nowhere near accurate. They didnt Amex either and was forced to pay $10 day to add my wife as a driver so she could use her credit card to cover the $300 incidental hold on her card.

Cons: Not totally happy about the sat-nav situation. Had to pay an extra $10 a day for sat-nav to be put in car. I have hired cars before from other companies and sat-nav has always been included, so I was quite surprised when advised I had to pay extra. There had been no mention during the booking process that sat nav was not included. I would not have booked the car if I had known.
