Cons: Agency was closed and when we called them they were very rude and cancelled our order. Thus we had to look for another agancy. Wouldn't recommend at all

Pros: At least they initially delivered on time.

Cons: CTT delivered car to hotel with large nail in tyre. Car rejected. Guy took car away and it repaired and returned. Car was a Focus but.....it was diesel not petrol, had >80K miles, 1/4 tank of fuel and in a shabby state. CTT did no take deposit but had card details. Noisy engine cut out several times over the 6 days. Oil service warning on. No water in wash bottle. Door seal came off etc.etc. Unable to hand back in person has the wanted key left behind reception

Pros: The steering was very rattly which needs investigation and a wing mirror was held on with gaffa tape. The car did a great job of getting us all over the island for a week and these issues didn’t detract from how useful or otherwise functional it was but it would have been disappointing if we’d booked it for a more formal occasion.

Pros: They were fine - communication between Discover Cars and CTT not so good as we were told our new pick up time was agreed but CTT had not been told. They were very good though and came as soon as they could to tell us what was happening

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 300.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Delivery fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin, English alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Roof rack.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Cyprus.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
