Delpaso at Malaga Airport

Pros: Zero

Cons: Pick up was a joke nearly an hour one small mini bus- then the small print off none off my credit cards having my full name on costing me $275 or I leave without a csr… shocking

Pros: nothing.

Cons: they are real scammers. i booked the car with no additional insurrance with a €1300 bond. i had everything available but they refused my credit card for this amount because my full name (Raymond Peter van Onzenoort) was not written on it. which is fysically not possible. the alternative was to pay 159€ for 2 days of insurrance which they were happily to charge on the same card, no problems with that. thus this bussines stinks, forcing customers to buy extra insurrance when they do not need it.

Pros: Cost, speed of transactions. Pick up and drop off was very good

Cons: No previous damage listed on the paperwork. Refundable security deposit listed on my rental voucher differed to what they held by over €1,300 EUR.

Pros: Nice and clean car

Cons: Seems to be no communication between Delpaso and Discover Cars

Pros: Nothing

Cons: everything

Pros: Fast airport transfer

Cons: Credit card rejected for securing the deposit but was good enough for paying for extra insurance with delpaso! - reason? 1st name not on my card, only 1st letter. Car was dirty ( bird droppings etc) and old 74000 km on clock.a lot of slack on stairing wheel ! Gear shaft felt like it's going to fail any moment. Never again delpaso

Pros: Excellent car and good customer service when collecting and returning

Cons: Shuttle bus delay on arrival

Pros: It went well but be careful to read all the Terms and conditions as the company my hire was brokered with had a few terms such as I had to land the same day of hiring the car (even though all I had wanted to do was pick my car up at a place close to an airport which i sometimes do even when I have not taken flights). That term was by the company 'travel up' or something like that and through discover cars, not Delpaso. Delpaso were quick and great service and car. Great shuttle. Everything grea

Cons: I had a credit card issue- my card has my initial and my surname (decided by the card issuer not me- I always use full names and this is how my card was sent). Thankfully I had another credit card with me..

Pros: Great, professional and fast service.

Cons: Everything

Cons: The car speed was in miles per hour (I couldn´t change it) and the car had no radio :-)

Pros: Nothing

Cons: My flight was delayed for 2hrs 30mins.I arrived 2hrs 15mins late for the car pickup, they had already cancelled my rental and I had to pay an extra 200 euros to rent the same car.???

Pros: They are 24H service as I can see , but they will still charge you for out of hours service. 👎

Cons: I’ll be sceptic using them again.

Pros: It USED TO be great. Fast pick up, kind agents and easy returns of the car

Cons: Not anymore as it used to be, the agent to whom I returned the car was rude and demanded several pictures of the pre existing damage to the car to accept it was their responsibility

Pros: SHAMEFUL

Cons: SHAMEFUL

Pros: The recovery truck guy was a gentleman.

Cons: The company Delpaso are gangsters. 2 of The agents were rude. They treated me with disrespect. They illegally charged me for a new clutch after my car broke down. I am a professional driver and it was not possible for me to damage on a 4hr motorway drive!

Pros: Attendant was pleasant and fast. Other Attendants were rude, didn't care about our reaction to car seat. No place for us to load our luggage, family.

Cons: Described above. I won't book through you again. The car had brake issues, very loud. The engine service light was on. The starter didn't always work and the warning light came on. Car seat seat covered in bird excrement, clearly not a company I would deal with in the future.

Pros: Service was great!

Pros: Simpatia

Cons: o tempo de espera pela viatura no momento da entrega

Pros: Airport shuttle.

Cons: The extra money we had to pay. And it was not just us, everyone picking up a car at the same time we were was in some sort of 'discussion' about their rental with the agents. All of them about paying extra money.

Pros: They were quick and efficient and friendly

Cons: The car was not clean and the car given had so many bad scratches all over. They didn’t come inspect the car with you at pick but said it is our responsibility to take all the photos of the scratches. On return, the agent came to inspect the car and picked two random scratches and asked to see the photos. If I missed taking a photo then I would have been charged for an existing scratch or dent. I personally did not like this procedure.

Pros: Quick getting the c

Cons: They didn't even check the vehicle when returned. The shuttle bus was chaotic. Only 8 passengers which wasn't clear and despite waiting first at the bus stop and arriving first, we couldn't get on the shuttle because of the disorganisation

Pros: Car was in awful condition, wouldn’t be drivable back home and was a Range Rover!

Cons: Customer service doesn’t exist and they scam you for more Money on arrival

Cons: The girl on the desk was rude and arrogant. Made us pay an extra €120 after we already purchased the full insurance on line . Said you won’t get the car if you don’t pay it . There was no reasoning with her and she didn’t even look at our paper work

Pros: not much

Cons: running a scam together with discovercars.

Pros: Good prices.

Cons: Eventhough I had paid full coverage in DiscoverCars, DelPaso claimed I don't have full coverage and offered me such for a price 4 times higher than the full coverage I paid. I didn't pay their full coverage and actually signed that I don't have such. I needed to take photos of the car for evidence, as the car had a lot of scratches. This kept me nervous the whole time, as I didn't know what to expect on the drop off. Luckily no accident occur and they returned my deposit fully.

Pros: Wide variety of fleet.

Cons: Forced to buy insurance from agency on basis of credit card last name issues

Cons: Inflated additional charge that I said I did not want

Pros: FUCK YOU

Cons: FUCK YOU

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: They ripped us off and made us paid for the car again. They're a bunch of cowboys.

Pros: Easy and fast pick-up and drop-off. Shuttle bus from and to the airport was every 5-10 min.

Cons: We didn't get the car from the reservation; we got smaller car and it was not very comfortable.

Cons: Accused of not supplying accurate photos of condition of car, advised will have to pay for extra cover on future rentals

Pros: Disgusting rip off situation relating to card payments, even though my card matched my initials and surname they insisted I couldn’t take the car unless I paid an additional €160+ !!! Same was happening to multiple customers.

Cons: Rude, arrogant and disrespectful

Pros: droop off was realy very simple and fast

Pros: The drop off was quick

Cons: When we arrived we got told we could only take the car out if we paid an extra 140 euros for their insurance. The credit card I had just got for this trip was named with two initials and my surname. I had driving license and lots of full names documents but this wasn’t good enough. Highly frustrating.

Pros: Car was fine, some collision damage but nothing extensive. Price was good.

Cons: It took about 1 and a half hours to collect the car from finding the shuttle bus location (not at all obvious) and the various queues. They required you to take photos of existing damage and you then had to show photos to drop off staff to show it wasn't your fault. So if you miss photoing a scratch you're going to get billed for it.

Pros: The super fast service

Cons: That is not clear that they can also pick up us from the airport.

Pros: The had a full cover insurance that was well priced

Cons: The location of the car rental was quite hidden, mainly were able to find it to return the car because we had been driven there by the shuttle

Cons: Cheaters and crooks, shocking experience. They made up a rule (yeah it’s in the t&c small print but seriously) that the credit card - which they were happy to charge initially at the time of booking - must have full name and surname. In case you don’t know a lot of UK cards don’t (initial+surname only). In such case they refuse to accept the card at the desk and force you to pay them €180, otherwise they leave you with nothing. Avoid (or at least check your card).

Pros: Very quick and frequent drop off and pick up from the airport. No queues to collect the car.

Cons: The car had scuffs, dents and scratches which weren't documented on the paperwork given upon collection. I wasn't advised to record anything but when I queried this, one of the staff strongly recommended taking many pictures and a video of the car. I'm glad I did because upon return they wanted to see my video as proof of the state of the car on pick-up. I guess I would have had charges I hadn't recorded my evidence but I feel this should have been advised at the check-in desk.

Pros: Forced me to purchase premium insurance

Pros: Free shuttle bus to & from airport

Cons: Extra insurance was a rip off & made the cost double. Wouldn’t use again

Cons: The car was a bit beaten at 67k it felt insecure above 120 km/h.

Pros: All perfect!

Pros: Speedy service

Cons: Car windscreen wipers were poor. No washer liquid in windscreen bottle.

Cons: You have canceled my reservation after just one hour of waiting and you have just mentioned in the reservation that if I am late my car MIGHT be given to someone else. I have informed you that I will be late and the field with my flight number was not mandatory. For sure you have hidden this in the terms and conditions, but somewhere down bellow. I will raise a claim and request refund for this.

Pros: Poor service. You felt exploited.

Cons: Rude, exploitative.

Pros: Easy to find location

Cons: Car was not very good.

Pros: Fast service

Cons: Nothing

Pros: They asked for flight tickets, specific driving licenses different from regular international license. Be careful!

Cons: Nothing

Pros: La velocità

Cons: Servizio navetta non esplicitato efficacemente sul contratto

Cons: Mauvaise état du véhicule.

Pros: Courtesy(shuttle) bus was great. Quite fast service at the counter.

Cons: Tried to sell more insurance, but this is quite common, deposit should be returned immediately after agreed that everything is ok, but still holding it after days of rental ended.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Everything

Cons: While we were ultimately satisfied with the rental experience itself, it was disappointing to have to pay almost 1,000 SEK more than what was stated in the booking details on your website.

Pros: Very fast procedure

Cons: The girl who accept me was very unlikely

Pros: Nothing. Rip off.

Cons: Was told we had to pay for the extra insurance or produce an international driver permit. Which coming from the UK we don’t need! Extra €100.

Pros: Quick and easy with good English speaking agents to help

Cons: The drive in and out was quite poor and dangerous under the road bridge with abandoned cars

Pros: Nothing specific to be honest.

Cons: The car had a dodgy clutch, which made it horrible to drive. At times, I got stuck in gear, and at other times, I couldn't get into gear. Dangerous when driving in the narrow streets of Mijas. The car also wouldn't connect to Apple Carplay.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They are aggressive in getting money out of every customer who has booked through a broker through random conditions which should be built into discovercars search engine algorithms. When one loophole closes they move onto the next one - if it is only your initials on the credit card - no can do. Don’t have your boarding pass - no can do. International driving permit (even if non existent or not required in the country) no can do - all solved for a payment of 200 euros - always broker blamed

Cons: The car had several ditches. Very unprofessional to give a car in such a bad state to customers.

Pros: They were fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons: The car I received was not the one I chose

Pros: Never hired the car due to the rip off insurance. This left us at Malaga with no transportation. We had to use an Uber. This then left us in a self catering apartment 2 miles from the supermarket

Pros: Nothing, slow pick up, long wait and wasted a day trying to get a car that was roadworthy. Zero customer service or respect.

Cons: We are utterly disgusted with our experience. We were given a car that had a warning sign saying that the car needed an oil change. We googled both manufacturer & AI the urgency of this warning. Both stated that the car should NOT be driven, as unsafe and could damage the car if driven. We contacted delpaso (juan) and would not offer any help. He wouldn't let us get the oil changed locally, solutions. Eventually said they would send a new car and after threatened a €340 additional cost.

Pros: really good car

Cons: long wait to be picked up at airport

Pros: auto sprawne i czyste

Cons: wyłudzanie pieniędzy od klientów !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: The friendly helpful staff in the car park. The driver to and from the airport. The facilities.

Cons: The staff at the counters attitude, unwilling to help and tone of voice. The condition of the first car offered was very poor

Pros: Delpaso forced me to buy insurance, claiming that they could not use my Visa credit card (issued by Chase in the USA) to place a hold for damage because it did not have a PIN code. Credit cards in the USA are not issued with PIN codes but I have never encountered that issue before when renting in Europe (or anywhere else) and it tripled the cost of my rental. I do not recommend using Delpaso.

Pros: We did not receive protokol with damages on car. We took photos of car. Drop of was ok. No problem.

Pros: I believe the instructions on how to get to the shuttle pick up area still need some work, it wasn’t easy to find; had to ask a few people.

Cons: So, I got to the counter and the girl assisting me was friendly and quick. The one thing I didn’t like is that they have a racket when it comes to car insurance as I tried to denied and she told me that they needed a deposit of 1,600 euros to what I agreed. However, she then said that my card needed to have a pin number to which I replied that most Americans credit card don’t have that. Then she used my card to charge me for their insurance without using “pin,” thus the above statement!!!

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Everything

Pros: Nothing really, as we were stuck between a rock and hard place and had to pay out the extra EUR332 - more than the car hire originally cost. Such a scam .

Cons: Felt totally scammed by both Discovercars.com and Delpaso. So terrible I was crying my eyes out. Do not use either company. Avoid or be prepared to pay through the nose when you arrive if your credit card doesn't have your full first name on it as well as your surname.

Pros: see below

Cons: they wanted another €140 because i didn’t have an international driving license !!!

Cons: The fear-mongering they use to get clients to take out the extortionately expensive "all covering" insurance. All companies do it. It should stop. The insurance provided with any hire car should be comprehensive.

Pros: Super quick and not too pushy about the added insurance.

Cons: All was good.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Rude, blunt servcie which forced me to pay another £100

Pros: We need to swap the car as well , as it was slow puncher . And very noisy engine

Cons: It was nice person on phone then we swap the car

Pros: I didn’t

Cons: Being ripped off

Pros: Very friendly shuttle bus almost as soon as as you land and drop off

Pros: Very good drop-off service speed

Pros: Good Service quick and efficient, although off airport the shuttle bus was quick and relatively easy to find.

Cons: Quite big excess deposit, but cleared quickly once car returned.

Pros: Terrible service when I tried to pick up the car . Our flight was delayed therefore I lost the car rental and they had to give me an excuse and the excuse was I didn’t have an international drivers license, which in Spain you don’t need one. They were speaking in Spanish but I understood. They lost my business and I always book my cars with DiscoverCars

Cons: I didn’t the agent was rude at the Malaga airport and tried to give me excuses to get rid of me. I understood what they said in Spanish .

Pros: This company is a scam

Pros: Nothing!

Cons: Absolute con, didn’t want to accept the booking as it was a cheap price. Used the most ridiculous get out in small print to cancel the booking then proceed with nearly doubling the proce

Pros: Easy to deal with and helpful. Quick check on return.

Cons: Didn't check car together to agree any existing damage.

Pros: I got the car I ordered, the drop of was efficient.

Cons: Depaso makes it very clear that they don't like people booking through a comparison website. They treat you differently and are more rude. They insisted on selling me their insurance and were very difficult with things.

Pros: Good car and drop off was speedy.

Cons: Picking up car we waited 1.5 hours as there was 4 pick ups ahead of us. Only 2 staff members working on the desks even though 2 other members of staff in the VIP area doing not a lot. Also at drop off I explained I had a parking ticket that I was unsure how to pay and the staff member was very unhelpful. I would highly recommend that you video or photograph the car as I was being accused of scuff marks on the car that I know weren’t ours. Luckily I had video evidence otherwise hewas blaming us

Pros: Speedy pickup and drop off of the car

Cons: Discover wouldn't recognise my Barclays credit card as it doesn't contain my full name so I had to pay an extra £150 to cover the cost of getting the car

Cons: The agent when returning car vad rediculus picky, tryibg to find damages. Ob one wheel that had 6-7 damages she tried to find ob my foto if one if them could be mine. After checked 3-4 largee on the same foto. I told here that ut is obvious that the wheel had alot of damages from before so what else checking fir. Answer was clear, if she could finf one more scratch from me she will charge me. Mening they migtht charge the same wheel 10 times. Might drop delpaso for this, after more than 10 year

Pros: Superior service

Pros: Friendly helpful staff

Pros: Friendly and helpful even early in the morning. They were awesome to deal with

Cons: The agent was incredibly rude and seem to take great pleasure in charging us, and others attempting to pick up, due to unclear wording from comparison sites. She was unhelpful and I would not ever use them or recommend them

Pros: Perfect service

Cons: Nothing

Cons: Already had insurance set up but they insisted that I had to take their insurance, felt pressurised

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Absolute Scam

Pros: Total scam Do not use!

Cons: Terrible service agents

Pros: Friendly and courteous

Cons: Vague directions of shuttle service. Hidden costs after booking and at collection.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Car was lower spec than paid for and dirty. Staff were extremely rude throughout. Charged for tiny scuff that was not quite visible on the before photos. Avoid.

Pros: Price value - can’t beat this. Perfect choice. Premium support, i liked everything. Super fast excess refund. I liked that we checked car together during drop off - so no surprises.

Cons: Liked it all.

Pros: It was terrible … hard to find , rubbish service . I feel completely conned ( again)

Cons: The staff are rude , arrogant and unhelpful

Pros: Price.

Cons: Not easy to find.Other car rent buses have big names on them, but Delpaso - small, and waits for customers on the other side of the road.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: That they didn’t give me the car that I booked and left me to walk back to the airport to try and find a different service provider.

Cons: They charged us, without any choice, €75 because our credit card did not write the full first name. All cards from Greece do not write the first name but only the first letter of the first name. Unacceptable

Pros: relatively short transfer and easy to find on return.

Cons: Be very very careful with Delpaso: 1. They will NOT accept any of your bank or credit cards if only have your initials-even if you demonstrate verification through the bank app.....your first name should be printed on the card. 2. If you dont take out their very expensive full insurance (I take 3rd party) they give you a banged up car and shift responsibility of recording damage to you. TAKE A FULL VIDEO OF CAR. they will try and catch you out on the smallest issue-including locks!! FULL VIDEO

Pros: Car needs fumigation, smell like a cigar

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Didn't get the car as they wouldn't let us have it. Need a refund

Cons: Refund whole amount

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Everything

Pros: There was no service

Cons: I was not given any service

Pros: Giving the car back

Cons: For a D1 rated car it was rubbish. Substandard, under-powered and a lot of damage everywhere. Was an embarrassment to drive. Customer service on pick up was also very poor and ended up forcing us to buy the additional excess cover nearly double what the car rental cost - an additional €100.

Pros: Value for money, car was in good condition

Cons: Long queues at the airport for the shuttle bus we waited nearly over an hour.

Cons: they insisted with requiring to sell their insurance, and at the drop-off they analysed the car looking for problems in order to make us paying the damages

Pros: Second time I've hired from this specific delpaso . Staff are always kind, patient and understanding.

Pros: Friendly, no issues on pick-up or drop-off

Cons: They didn't have a pre-defined list of the damage already on the car so it was up to me to mark every single scratch to ensure i received my deposit back

Pros: Velocità

Cons: Assicurazione full Risk e volontà addebito costi

Pros: Horrid. They just wanted to make money from insurance.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Did not accept credit card initially as less than 6 months to expiry. They charged for additional damage that was already on the car. They trip to get in and out of the rental area is abysmal as was the pick up and drop up. A completely horrible experience and not I have to go through my excess rental insurance to recover the debt.

Pros: Fast pick up. Easy to drop off.

Pros: quick, easy and friendly

Cons: The car was damaged on the exterior and made to pay for further insurance

Pros: Clean car

Cons: We waited for more than 30 min before pick up

Pros: I am very dissatisfied, I definitely do not recommend, they charged a deposit of 80 euros, no refund, they do not respond to emails

Cons: I am very dissatisfied, I definitely do not recommend, they charged a deposit of 80 euros, no refund, they do not respond to emails

Pros: Made everything easy

Pros: Car condition, shuttle service.

Cons: Pressure to buy the protection package, threats linked to not buying it.

Pros: Bad experience.

Cons: Was forced to buy their insurance, although I had insurance from Discover Cars. Unfair actions from this Delpaso company, read reviews in google maps, rip-off to pay much more than expected in many instances for different reasons.

Pros: tried to rip me on 245 EUR extra even I paid full 100 Pounds coverage on this website before renting the car!

Cons: they gave me a car with broken back light, If I would not spot it, surely will be charge for it... next one was scratched on the front, on which I luckily video it to protect myself from being charged...

Pros: Cheapest car hire with 5 min shuttle bus from airport. Fast check in and deposit released overnight

Cons: All good

Cons: Significant additional fees doubled the cost. Will not use again.

Pros: There was a lady with problems communication, because we wanted to explain about the credit card and she started to yelling at us(me and my wife). So be careful with her. There was a nice young lady with more details for costumers service.

Pros: The staff friendly and very helpful 110%

Cons: There isn't anything bad or a bad experience l've had with discoverycars in Málaga. It's my 4th time I have rented with you. And more in the future it's good

Pros: Car and car's condition overall

Cons: Delpaso increased the rental price at the rental office.

Pros: Nothing to report that stands out from any other car rental provider

Cons: Overcharged - tried to resolve amicably with evidence but refused to acknowledge

Cons: Car seats did not meet necessary safety standards

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Rude. I travel twice a month to EU. My credit card is always accepted for the last 20 years with just my initials. Delpaso's scam is threefold. 1) If you only have initials, they won't block your card for deposit. 2) They insist you need a International drivers license: you don't. 3) if you get past 1 and 2. They attempt to find faults with car on return to take cash. More seriously the car had not been checked and was not road worthy. ruined wipers, and under-inflated tyres by nearly 50%.

Pros: It was amazing speed picking up car and dropping off too

Pros: Nothing, the staff were rude, offensive and very unfriendly.

Cons: Nothing, we didn't get the car we booked, it was in bad condition which we had to prove was already damaged before we took it.

Pros: Man !! The amount of pressure on client to option the so called insurance is horrible!! The minute you decline is a nightmare!! Sent me out to look for the car myself and check it myself no guarantee how bad they'd be when I drop it off !!

Pros: Had an alert come up every time the car was turned on about tyre pressure.

Cons: The car was not what I booked. I was given a mini van instead. The agent was very inflexible in giving any alternatives. The car itself had dirty windows and mirrors which made it difficult to drive.

Pros: The car was ok, but not clean. When I returned it in the same condition they charged me a cleaning fee.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful but the contractual issue between Delpaso and DiscoverCars was frustrating as each blamed the other for the reasons behind their clause (stated above).

Pros: They do Not understand the mean of service. The lady that served us might not be wrong. But she is not bothered to help us either. So we ended up leaving Delpaso office and catching an Uber ride to our accommodation. Went to a different car rentals the day after.

Pros: Smooth experience, would recommend.

Cons: Nothing, it was great.

Pros: Automobilio paėmimas ir grąžinimas įvyko sklandžiai, paslauga aukštos kokybės.

Pros: Clutch was not very good

Pros: We were allowed our deposit back but we didn't do any damage to the car that was already there . Make sure you take photos on two phones in case anything happens to to pictures and you can't prove the damage wasn't yours

Cons: They thought we damaged the car as couldn't prove as lost all the photos . There should be a record on your system for every car

Pros: Returning the car was quick

Cons: Being charged an extra 180 Euros

Pros: First they did want to deliver the car. They take no responibility for the condition of the car. The customer must prove a scratch was already existing at pick-up. This happened to me at an earlier occasion but I paid the full amount. Still they recommend me to select an other company next time.

Cons: When you buy the extra insurance from Discover car Delpaso will try to find a scratch you missed to take photo off and charge you for this.

Pros: Value for money, The willingness and friendliness of the staff.

Cons: Tricks that are common to all rental companies, such as: pushing for additional insurance by means of various scaremongering, the fee for collection during non-working hours is higher than the price of the rental itself.

Pros: Very quick though a bit rushed.

Cons: Defective older car and then awful attitude when the clutch expired.

Pros: We were forced to purchase full insurance coverage even though I had an International drivers license, this was the same cost as the original rental policy, not impressed at all, felt like a scam to me

Cons: Pick up and drop off to and from airport

Cons: I din't get any evidence that the deposit is released.

Pros: Very friendly and efficient staff, this was my 7th rental with DelPaso and they very kindly offered me a complementary upgrade

Pros: Numerous bumps, scratches & marks on the outside of the car ( I videoed these marks for insurance) . I had no problems but I expected a higher standard from Delpaso

Cons: They charge me extra and tried to seel me insurance. The staff were unfriendly and there were customers either side of me complaining and one said' i will call my lawyer'. Terrible rip off and they were doing it to everyone. Appalling!

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The person serving us was not helpful and when we said we wouldn’t pay the excess he said we could no longer have the car even if paid the excess now. We were stuck at the airport with no car for a family of 6 - two small children 4 and 6 years old. Have to pay double to be able to hire another car on the day.

Pros: Alles zeer snel geregeld. De ruiten langs de binnen kant waren niet zo proper. Buitenkant en netheid zeer ok

Cons: We hebben ons toch laren overhalen om een extra verzekering te nemen. Was uiteindelijk duurder, maar we waren wel geruster.

Pros: Excellent service and good quality cars

Cons: I was not satisfied with the car provided. I booked a Nissan Qashqai (or similar) but I got a VW Caddy (7 seater - we were only 2) even when there were a few Nissan Qashqai's in the parking lot. I choosed the Nissan because of the trunk space. The VW Caddy had almost no trunk space, so our luggage was in plain view on the back seat. The fuel consumption was a lot higher than expected (due to its dimensions) The outside of the car was not realy clean. Technically, the car was OK

Pros: fast

Cons: dont accept you full cover insurance

Pros: Bus transfer to although it took a few buses for our turn

Cons: Felt it was a scam how they did not accept my credit card but accepted my debit card but then had too take out full insurance even though I had a stand alone car insurance!!

Pros: The car itself was fine. The return process very easy. The shuttle service efficient.

Cons: The clear focus of the entire team to find a reason not to accept credit card or driving license and therefore forcing customer to upgrade to a fully inclusive insurance at extortianate price. Even when I was able to proof I have European wide excess insurance on any car rental I book.

Pros: Lots of scratches on car and suspension noises

Pros: Young man and woman on reception were super friendly. Extremely helpful.Especially considering we arrived just after midnight.👍 Drivers on shuttle bus both on pick up and drop off were very quick.

Pros: - low price - fully functional car, without any issues - quick car return process

Cons: - car pick up - long wait at the car pick up - car being beat up a bit

Pros: Nothing when getting the car. On return the staff were much more pleasant.

Cons: See above

Pros: Je n' ai rien aime .Des voleurs a fuir

Cons: Prix d accroche au depart très bas .A la sortie c est plus que les autres Ils trouvent toujours un moyen pour vous soutirer de l argent .Avec des combines plus que douteuses

Pros: very quick service

Cons: more money add. much money

Cons: I asked for an Alfa Romeo Giulietta or similar. I received a big VW Caddie for 7 persons. Not really similar in my opinion...

Pros: Quick to pick up and drop off

Cons: Didn't quite provide the car we wanted.

Pros: The agent was patient - probably because they get the same type of issues on a regular basis

Cons: policy about picking up the car once the flight has arrived - i cant be at the rental location when the plane lands, i have to leave the airport and get to the rental company to pick up the car. if you are I am not able to use my voucher terms and conditions then why provide me the options? This is a very sneaky clause to make people pay for their insurance which as expected is overpriced

Pros: Nothing

Cons: I would not use again. Ever.

Pros: The car was ok. The service needs to be faster at picking and dropping the car.

Cons: The kind how delpasso wants to sell you an insurance is properly unacceptable. Although I took a fullcover and I paid with visa gold, they insisted to sell a 100€ insurance. By picking the car, they don t come with you, and you have to do photo and video. By dropping the car , they are her and looks after everything. Even if it is insignificant and almost undetectable for ordinary persons. So they make their publicity by sending the prices and get the money with this insurance. No more Delpasso

Pros: I forgot my physical credit card. They offered me that if I buy their all-risk coverage for 140 EUR per week, they would still rent me the car. Also, drop-off at 4am was possible and for free.

Cons: They do not accept debit cards (which was pointed out by discover cars) nor virtual credit card (I could tell them the numbers from my internet banking or use Apple Pay with a credit card). Nowadays, I consider it to be quite old and outdated behaviour. Also, it was hard to find the shuttle bus at the airport. There was a guy, which was nice, but his english was really poor. The rental guy at the counter later on spoke fluently, so it was good... Just the transfer from the airport was weird.

Cons: The representatives organizing the shuttle service checked us in, then decided to give our sport to a different couple. We informed them that we were there first, but the guy denies that and said I don’t remember. We informed them, and they said wait for 5 minutes the next shuttle is arriving soon. We explained that we have been waiting since tbe earlier shuttle left and that we have been waiting for over 20 minutes already. When we insisted, the driver said fine and took us to the office.

Pros: Very poor. The car was filthy and in poor condition. The windscreen wipers were completely worn out which left 2 huge swathes of windscreen smeared when I used them to clean it. Every panel was dented or chipped and scratched. The windscreen had a 45cm crack which I was assured was still legal to use. When I asked for a replacement, I was only offered an unsuitable smaller car as there were 5 passengers and everyone was trying to go home as it was 2300hrs

Cons: . it took so long to record all the damage that we were late back to the airport to collect my family. We also then missed dinner as the restaurants were closed when we got to our accommodation

Pros: The car was as specified

Cons: We had to pay hundreds of pounds more to rent the car on arrival. The couple next to us who were also being asked to pay more money had their booking revoked by the desk attendant because she didn’t like their ‘attitude’. It was terrible and very unnerving.

Pros: Good car at a reasonable price.

Cons: Car was a bit banged up. Pressured to take out extra insurance, even though had taken out with DiscoverCars.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Everything

Pros: Nothing a bunch of crooks.

Cons: They told me as my name was not full on my card that my wife had to start a new Hier and we got charged 4x more. And lost the deposit as they said it was the agents fee and not them

Cons: 40 euros charge for making a change to the return time

Pros: They were efficient and helpful

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Easy and good value

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Speed of service

Cons: When I was getting the car and opted not to take extra insurance I changed my mind and took the extra insurance but they then took my key and changed the car, when I asked why the car had been changed they said it was an upgrade. This was not true and the car I got was very high miles and quite old, my thoughts are I got an older car due to me taking the extra insurance or why else would they change the car when I had already been given keys until I agreed to the insurance

Pros: Quick and professional experience with staff, good car-condition. Efficient shuttle, fast pick-up and drop-off.

Cons: They over charged me for a scratch on the right side front door. I was quoted €100.00 but the car rental company charged me €338.80.

Pros: New car, had about 900km when we picked it up.

Cons: The agent refused my credit card that I have used tons of times before stating that it’s a debit one. I showed him that it’s written credit card and asked for a supervisor but without luck. They asked to pay for the premium insurance which was another 250 euros so I can pay with a different card. The trick here is that they most likely have targets for these premium inssurances or even incentives and leverage the fact that the car pick up office is outside of the airport.

Pros: The customer service is great, with minimal queue.

Cons: I have an old Fiat Tipo with 1.3 manual 6th gears as a car. This car has no car play and I have spent my vacation using a phone holder and cable. Navigating a new place using a map on the phone's screen is not what I expect from a rental car. the conditioner was manual. And sometimes it was barely enough. The rental price was not cheap. It was the same price as other companies have. So do not choose a middle-size car when you rent here. Small-size and suvs were relatively new and ok.

Pros: Terrible customer service, the male receptionists were rude and unhelpful.

Pros: Very damaged and dentedcar No tyre pressure check when picking up the vehicle

Pros: Not much

Cons: Ripped off on arrival Under powered car Dents and scratches

Pros: It was no problem delivery the car back.

Cons: The car had not any parkingsensor or reversing camera that I think should be in a new car as this.

Pros: The return of the car was very effective and easy. The price was very good.

Cons: The car looked like shit. Never rented a car with so many scratches and in so bad conditions overall.

Pros: Nothing and they are a Scam, trying to bully me to buy their insurance even when I already had one with you guys. No customer service base. They were very agressive because I’ve pushed back on the insurance fee. After that they give me an old golf with over 87 k on the clock and full of dents and scratches. When I ask them to come and review the car with me at the beginning, not one was bothered…..

Cons: Nothing big time…. At my return they have tried to charge me for the bumps and scratches on the car until I’ve show them the video…. That didn’t stop them to charge for a part that they said it wasn’t there on the videos….. rubbish company

Pros: Quick drop off

Cons: Long wait for shuttle bus both ways

Pros: quick and easy service, recorded a movie of all scratches when picked up the car, showed the same when dropping off, took 2 minutes to check by rental guy, deposit money unlocked after 2 days, superb service! highly recommended

Cons: pick up queue was a bit long but not too terrible (30mins), agent tried to add extra insurance but didn't press further when refused so that's good enough

Pros: Picked us up from the airport and dropped us off. Let us look around the car at our own pace and take photos of any scuffs. Recieved deposit back straight after dropping car off

Cons: The confusion picking car up with the cost of extra insurance even though we paid the extra online and having to pay a massive deposit.

Pros: Top service on retur and quick shuttle bus service. Even at 4 am.

Cons: Pretty pricy to pay 60 euro extra when returning car outside ordinary business hours. Especially when there were at least 4 cars returning at the same time. A bit long waiting time on shuttle service on arrival.

Pros: Fast and easy

Cons: More cost then expected because of some insurance confusion

Pros: Simple to use.

Cons: As above. Simple to use. Staff had very good English. Our car had windshield washer fault - no water came out of front washers. Rear washer was ok.

Pros: Quick and efficient

Cons: Cost of extra insurance

Pros: disaster

Cons: nothing

Cons: I was asked for an International Driving Permit when picking up the car. When I said I didn't have one, I was forced to pay for insurance I didn't need. $200 for 10 days for a car that was already scratched up. No where in the paperwork does it state if you don't have an I.D.P that you will be charged for this. The agent tried to argue that it does but it clearly does not. I also could have purchased the same insurance for $7 day rather than $20. So I overpaid for a crappy car. Long story short.

Cons: Very rude lady at check in. Speaking derogatory about us in Spanish to her colleagues, little did she know my children speak Spanish and understood her. Very disrespectful and not great image for the company

Pros: Friendly and efficient staff, quick and straightforward, no stress.

Cons: Car full of scratches. I missed taking photo of one scratch for which they charged me. No documentation of existing scratches and my fault if I cannot prove it existed when picking the car up.

Pros: Very good service

Pros: Overall everything went well.

Cons: They try to force customers to buy expensive insurance, threatening in case of rejection. Even if you have already full insurance, they say it will not cover the damages. The tank was not completely full and mud mats were oily and when we asked to change it, they were quite annoyed about that.

Pros: They closed with no help. We didn’t hire a car in the end

Pros: Be honest about how much the car will cost. Website says 50 quid. The rental was 220 quid.

Pros: Quick pickup, no hazzle with insurance, told us to take pictures of damages on the car, quick returning of car, everything was fine - and it was the third time we had rented a car at Delpaso, and we have never had ny problems with them.

Pros: Airport pick up, nice staff

Cons: They refuse to provide you with a list of previous damages and when asked for it they tell you it is your responsibility, upon return of the car, to prove the damage was pre-existing. I was asked to prove that two dents were pre-existing, I ended my phone for him to watch the video I took upon pick up. He got bored watching it and said, fine, you can go. This practice shows how much they can not be trusted, so be carefull and take picture and video of the car. Don't forget the hub caps !

Cons: The agreed price was £118. They told me because the name on my credit card (which was my initials) wasn’t identical to my drivers license (which is my full name) I had to get a more expensive option which cost me £200, £82 more then agreed. Disgusting and I will make sure I tell absolutely everybody to avoid at all costs.

Pros: I wouldn’t recommend them.

Cons: The entire experience from very expensive baby chairs not even with isofix.

Cons: Being charged double for insurance. I was told the insurance I booked through the site was invalid and wouldn't cover for scratches, and bumps to the car as well as car towing etc. So, I was strong armed into paying insurance at del paso when I had already bought it.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They try to force customers to buy expensive insurance, threatening in case of rejection. Upon return, they try to make customers responsible for uncaused damage, referring to low quality of pictures or any other artificial reason. I suggest discovercars to delist this unfair and questionable company from the offering.

Pros: Friendly and swift service

Cons: Car is a bit dated , few scratches all over

Cons: Advisor was rude and unhelpful...didn't explain the rationale properly of explain reason for added costs.

Pros: Car was clean

Cons: They operated in a manor that easily allows them to deliberately charge on existing damage multiple times upon return of the cars. pick up point located in an awful position a long way from the airport

Pros: Car was in a terrible condition we tried to take photos of all of the damage but there was so much and nothing noted on the agreement so they seemed extremely happy to charge us for a tiny mark we did not put there. We were forced to pay an extra €100. I had a photo but the agent would not accept it. It felt like they were being told to charge for just anything they could

Cons: Representatives are so rude. There was a lady at the desk who almost threw a set of keys at a client and told him to take photos of any damage he could find. Why are they renting damaged cars???

Pros: Sharks, beware. Wouldn’t accept I’d paid for the full insurance with yourselves. If I remember, the same thing happened last time I booked through you. So for easy and assurance I paid again, once more.

Cons: Railroad you into overpaying by talking to fast, unclear and putting pressure on you. Embarras you, in front on the queue waiting behind.

Pros: The return was fast.

Cons: I didn't liked to be pressured to choose a non-refundable 140€ car safe choice. I always choose the refundable option because in the end is cheaper than any other option. The trip was great i received 100% of the amout. They asked for a refundable caution of 1300€!!! Car rentals try to get a lot of extra-money from costumers. I don't like that.

Pros: Very helpful shuttle bus drivers, especially young guy with curly pony tail at airport. Got 7 of us including a baby sorted very efficiently.

Cons: Had to end up paying double as I didn’t have a credit card in my name with appropriate limit. Needs to be same card to pay for hire, plus a hold for damage costs. They were unable to accept my wife’s card instead. It is in small print, but seems harsh.

Pros: Price

Cons: If you have different insurance, they try to find a car scratch which you missed to see. They asked us to make photos of all car problems at the beginning, in full sun sending reflections and when we arrived back, the representative did not look at anything, just went directly to the mirror and showed us very "hard to see scratch", we did not do but had no photo of...when we highlighted this might not be a fair treatment, he got angry, signed our papers but we cannot rent from Del Paso anymore..

Pros: The staff were polite

Cons: The scam and dirty car

Pros: Professionality

Cons: Nada

Pros: It was OK On collection

Cons: The attitude of the staff, in his words "if you dispute the scratches we will ban you from using our company again".He was so rude

Pros: Del paso is a thoroughly dishonest rip off operation.

Cons: They operate a well practised scam which they should be prosecuted for.
