Differental at Bergamo Airport

Pros: Not the best experience, ordered a Vw Tiago and ended up with a Peugeot 3008. Interior and exterior wasn’t cleaned before handing over to me, contract stated full to full on fuel but it was 3/4 so assuming they just received it back in and it come straight back out.

Cons: Pretty much all of it. Very unprofessional service, Complained about the state of the car, how it wasn’t a like for like replacement and it was pretty much take it or leave it

Cons: Hidden amounts, being told I had to pay 4 times more than what was shown while booking!

Cons: I didn’t like while check in there was a guy at late night he barely speaks English. Later while giving the car back there were 2 guys as well. They don’t understand anything what I said then a lady came up to help me out.

Cons: The service was provided tragically: When we flew in the night, Shutle waited 40 minutes, we got the car all scratched, after writing it all down, Differental said that he would handle the defects when we returned the car, and when it was returned, he charged those defects as our damage and deducted a fine of 450 euros from my card. I didn't expect to be able to get this kind of behavior and cheating...

Pros: Absolutely nothing.

Cons: From the start they heave us wrong information on how to reach them. We had to walk to gate 7 then turn back to gate 4 to be able to get out of the airport and then walk outside toward gate 7 to the shuttle stop. I called them and they said the shuttle will be there in 10 minutes. We had to wait outside in very hot weather for 30 minutes until the shuttle showed up. The car was dirty and had plenty of scuffs. The car had mechanical defects and we received zero help from the company.

Cons: dirty car lack of any customer service to deal with enquirers extra charges for thing that never happens

Pros: We were given a bigger and better car than what we reserved, eventhough pick up and drop off were out of hours, everything went smoothly. Perfect rental experience

Cons: There are two reasons: 1) We rented a Jeep Renegade or similar. The agent tried to give us a Fiat 500. When I said, this is not in the same category, he didn’t want to give another car. After discussion, he accepted that the car is mid sized SUV, he searched for other car. Even, the parking place was full of mid sized SUVs, he spent half an hour to find a car. 2) The car was Opel Crossland, which was nice, however, inside the car was very dirty. There were used napkins, papers, dead bugs, dust

Cons: I had to wait 1h until the bus picked me. Every time they were picking someone else. One day after the payment has been done, I noticed some unusual transaction attempts from my credit card, and I had to block it. They said that from their side every thing is fine and they will talk to the guy from the service desk. This was the second time w I was doing an online payment with this credit card. When I returned the car, nobody from their company was there. I'm still waiting to get back my deposit

Pros: Due to big rental companies taking a lot of the space near the airport, differental is further out but the staff we encountered, Dario in Bergamo and Andrea in Malpensa were very helpful, friendly and willing to do all they could to help us and maintain a good service

Cons: It took hours to get the shuttle bus to collect me from a deserted underpass entrance. I called the no.I was told to call 10+ times. They either didn't answer the phone or they hung up, saying they didn't speak English, every time I got through. I was standing around, alone, with a case & bag at the entrance to this underpass for almost 2hours! As a lone woman, it was v.scary! When I eventually flagged down the shuttle bus that was dropping off other people, it took me to the car lot.

Pros: Amazing, the best company in Italy, I was deal many times with others but frankly they made to me the trip. Thanks for all.
