DiRent at Marrakech Airport

Pros: Very good service. Excelent agent, easy to find in the airport of Marrakech. The car in good state. Good value for money. Very fast and simple drop off.

Pros: It was very quick and easy to pick up and return the car. We were able to picked up the car right away even if we arrived earlier. The car was fairly new and was nice to drive.

Cons: Car condition was really bad. Also, the person who serviced the pick up didn’t seem to care about any of my concerns. When I said the check engine light is on, he just told me to cancel the reservation. He didn’t even care to resolve my issue. Also, there was a windshield chip on the driver’s side that he said it’s ok. And the car had enough gas to drive to the nearest gas station. That was awful.

Cons: There was no rental desk or office for the representative for pickup, and during dropoff the agent was not at the location, and it took a lot of contacting and waiting for up to 1 hour. The deposit was also much higher than any other comparable service. The car was fine, and support was moderatly responsive, but it was quite frustrating.

Pros: Tout c’est très bien passé. L’agent m’a envoyé un whatssap à notre arrivée pour nous indiquer sa position sur le parking. La voiture était très propre, neuve. Nous avons même reçu une catégorie supérieure pour le même prix. Je recommande à 100% !

Feeling that low tag price had to compensated by any sort of tricks to get more money (empty tank, customer paying Airport parking ticket, being picky on scratches on a car full of scratches- I should have paid more attention to them picking the vehicle up if I had known it).

Pros: Very smooth expérience. The car was clean and better than what I was expected.

Pros: I would haighy recommend to rent a car with Dirent if you go to morroco, no doubt best quality/price relation if you trip all around the country and leave the car in a different location.

Pros: Once the car park location was found (no office) the remaining process was seamless with a swift check out including a vehicle upgrade.

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that I had to call to the center just to say at the agent that he can charge the deposit at the second drivers credit card. We had to spend time to solve the case and he said that we had to cancel the reservation , lost our money and make a new reservation. Unacceptable.

Cons: they tried to give my a car which was dirty inside and outside. The car has gor a flat tire and broken lamp, but after I told them that I will call to DiscoverCars, the gave me a big nice car.

Cons: It was a bit tough to find the dirent representative, but I had read some reviews and knew where to find it. Pickup process was a bit slow, but there was a few people ahead of me so totally normal.

Pros: Everything that was wrong with the car (scratches and a slightly broken mirror) was already marked on the contract and shown to me without asking. On return, the agent was not overly interested in finding new scratches ( there were none) and signed the copy of the contract stating it's okay. I was given back the deposit after around 10 days. So I can recommend this company DiRent in Marrakesh. They do not try to add unnecessary cost to your basic rental price.
