Pros: Seemed honest. Car had multiple marks and scratches from stone chips etc however they take photos both before and after hire so they won't charge you for any pre-existing damage. Car drove well and everything worked ok.

Cons: Was hard to find and no one in the airport had heard of this company. Eventually worked out where the office was but it was too far to walk with our stuff and we got stung a $25 cab fare for what was less than a 2km journey. Cabbie callsign was Golfer 7 so avoid him at all costs if you can.

Pros: Super friendly and efficient, and personally drove me to the airport from their depot. Their instruction on how to do an after-hours pick up was really easy to follow too.

Pros: Quickly replaced a car that wasn’t what we had original ordered

Cons: Asked for credit card details over email. This is incredibly concerning without knowing who you are sending the details too, who has access to those details and where they could end up. We were eventually provided with a secure service for providing details but this should be the only option. Sending details via insecure emails should not be allowed. The car we originally received was well below speck which meant having to drive back early in the morning to pick up a different vehicle

Cons: Only problem I had was arranging the pickup location from Christchurch Airport. The info counter at the airport didn’t have the telephone number and number I had was for Auckland.

Cons: Staff at pick up mistakenly charged $3000 to my credit card(instead of pre-authorize). And would only refund $1000 to me a time as she claimed that was the limit you can refund per day.

Pros: It was less expensive than other rental agencies. Customer service representatives were prompt and efficient in responding to inquiries by email. I liked the size of the car. We had lots of room for our family and all of our luggage.

Cons: The emailed instructions that I received told me to return the car to Airpark Canterbury. When I went there, they informed me that they were only the after-hours site. The car's tires were worn down past the point of safety. The remote control battery was low, and the remote worked intermittently. Also, the car was older than I expected, and I was unable to connect my phone to play music. Finally, the windshield wipers were old and did not work well.
