Pros: Friendly, helpful and efficient

Cons: Not really their fault but lock-down in NZ meant their offices and drop off were closed and we were unable to get the car back to them. We still have it and are anxious we will be charged when we can't return it or use it at the moment. We have not had a response to our emails about this. However when lock-down is over they may be reasonable about this but we don't know.

Pros: Staff made it easy and friendly . No real fuss . I communicated because I was stressed about the possible cancellation when my plane was late .

Cons: I was stressed that I could lose my booking and the staff said they cannot do anything because the system automatically cancels it 2 hours after agreed booking . With delayed international flight and unknown customs checkout I could not be sure if I had a car secured . Very stressful and I would avoid for only this reason.

Pros: Directions provided me for pickup/drop off vehicle from the airport.

Cons: Disappointed in rental agency hours of operation and being charged additional fees for picking up/dropping off outside of business hours as well as a bond being placed on my credit card even though I purchased insurance coverage. The after hours agents were not friendly nor helpful in handing/receiving vehicle keys and GPS device, they didn't even bother to stand up off their chairs (there were two agents and no other customers besides me). Had to ask vehicle's location too.

Pros: I was given a Toyota Camry of 2006 model, which was obvious not what I am expecting. The agent was able to quickly found a 2016 model SUV, which was an excellent replacement. The extra payment was definitely worthwhile.

Cons: Everything was perfect. The only thing I would comment is the 2006 model car should not be in the fleet.

Pros: Great value for the car. It was clean and ran great. Had a rock crack the windshield and they took care of it efficiently, and charged about 1/2 of what I was quoted by an independent company to replace it. Would use them again!

Cons: The pickup from the airport was not well coordinated. The driver didn't know where to go to get us so we ended up waiting longer than we should have.
