Pros: The hybrid car saved us a lot in petrol. Great little car. The people were lovely.

Cons: Our only issue was the navigation and radio were in Japanese and could not be changed to English. There was no means of hooking our smartphones up to it either with Bluetooth. So we were running our phone batteries down using navigation via hand held devices. The phone holders provided weren’t the right size. We couldn’t listen to our music, just patchy local radio.

Lucas explained in details and was helpful even while answering calls. I left my some stuff in car by mistake which I later got hold off through Lucas and he agreed to keep that until my next pickup. What a great help and consideration.

Before we finished all the paperwork at the receptions, our luggages were already loaded into our rental cars with the help of the shuttle driver. The pick up and the drop off process was very easy and smooth. The cars that we hired were in immaculate condition. No issue driving around snowy area. Would definitely use their service again.

Cons: The van was classed as "luxury 8 seater van" - it barely got 7 people in it and the 8th person had to almost sit on someone's lap. It was covered in scratches & dents, and when I was being shown the damage I remarked that it seems like the whole van is basically scuffed. Her response was "yeah, the van is horrible". That says it all. Wouldn't book again and they should not advertise the van as luxury or an 8 seater.

Cons: I think the reason is lack of communication between Disscover cars and the service provider (Disount cars) As per the booking it shows that I've booked latest RAV4 car. (I could book a old RAV4 car for less money) But I got a old RAV4 car which is not comfortable at all.

Cons: 1. Car overall condition is just passable. 2. Brake of the car is problematic. When i informed then during car returns after 14 days of usage, they simply told me they are aware. My question: WHY DIDN'T YOU FIX IT BEFORE RENTING OUR TO CUSTOMERS?? 3. Car condition checking during collection was minimal and hasty. However, they scrutinize the condition during returns. Even tried to point the windscreen chip to me, when it was already there during collection.

Cons: Car transmission wasn’t quite right and there was some weird noise - maybe tires not wearing right. But the car didn’t give us much trouble at all - we were never stranded. It was a 10 year old Toyota Corolla and I missed having a backup camera and CarPlay like I had at the other locations I rented at in NZ.

Pros: Price, ease of pick up and drop off even outside their opening hours, not being charged for 2 extra days we had booked, but missed due to flight delays, very friendly staff from driver to office Filipe.😃

Cons: Car was quiet old at 200 000 kms and used a lot of petrol. But compared to the price we paid it was fair.
