Pros: The car

Cons: The staff were not punctual neither for pick-up nor drop-off. I was never informed that the security deposit would be blocked for one month. Any other car rental (I rent cars every time I travel) would block it for 10 working days at the most.

Pros: Friendly and on time. Was originally concerned because no one replied to what’s app a few days before but on the day they responded instantly when I sent an iMessage and were quick to reply back to me.

Cons: Nothing because even though the car wasn’t cleaned due to rain fall they allowed me to return it as it was and didn’t expect from me anything that they didn’t do! They were fair and reliable

Cons: They did not give the car inside the airport but we had to drive to a parking instead, they wanted to charge for the washing and it was not dirty just little bit of dust as expected in the region, they did not send response with regards to the deposit, I had the money returned only through my bank's service. They have a limit of km. Also for pick up their communication was not clear and insisting on collecting the car at their convenience rather than the custumer's.

Cons: Be aware that this is a company NOT connected to the airport. You must phone them, and then they send someone to you with the car. After arriving late, we checked-in to the car, which was old, in beat-up condition. They say the security deposit will take ONE MONTH!! Unbelievable. Upon returning the car, same thing: you must phone the representative, and then they will park their own car in the multi-story car park, and then come to you. Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 870.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Mileage policy
Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.
Mileage is limited to 200 km per day.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Austria, Belarus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, United Kingdom, USA, EU countries, Palestina.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): South Korea will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be charged on the renter's credit card through the end of the rental period.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
