Cons: At man skulle nå at gøre bilen ren inden afleveringen. At agenter ikke stod i lufthavnen som aftalt. At vi alligevel skulle tilbage til agenten kontor allesammen i den lille bil det var da heldigt af vi ikke var 5 personer. Jeg havde betalt ekstra for at få leveret bil til lufthavnen som jeg kunne havde sparet ved at vælge at tage en af deres gratis busser i stedet. At jeg vi en meget mindre bil end den vi havde bestilt.

Pros: The rental agents were good and the communication was alright.

Cons: The car has had very high mileage on the clock (above 270000 kilometers). Also one of the daylight LED lights didn't work and the boot has a lot of animal hair. Aircon was very weak and the temperature in the car was very high at 35 degrees Celsius outside temperature.

Pros: My flight has been severely delayed by more than 6 hours during the night and the Dives Rent agent waited for my arrival.

Cons: The exterior of the car was not perfectly clean, the interior was perfect. I was not aware that I had to pay the rental in cash upon pick-up of the car.

Pros: nothing overly impressive

Cons: Unfortunately, the car was about 10 years old and its mileage was 176,000 kms. I expected a much newer and fresher car. The car's engine light came on, although this didn't prove to be a problem. Yet, it kept me anxious the whole time. Although the service provided did offer somewhat cheaper rentals than the competition, I wish I had selected a more established and better known rental company, even at a higher cost.

Pros: Dives representative was available on arrival and departure at the airport and car handover was very quick.

Cons: The booking information indicted that the hire car would be reasonably new. the car provided was a older version with 148,000km on the clock with suspect parking brake, clunky gearbox and required changing down gears to manage any uphill slopes. The bodywork was dented and the air conditioning could only just keep the car cool if the revs were high which meant that in very slow traffic the air con did not work efficiently.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is only allowed for European Union countries.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Cross border fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 01.03.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 365 days.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
