Cons: At some point of my road trip the car notified me that one of the tires had low air pressure. It was Saturday evening. I tried reaching the car agency from which I picked up the car. Thankfully they had Viber. Otherwise I would have to pay a lot of money to call in a foreign number. They told me that I should contact the nearest to me office which unfortunately had no Viber. So I did not. I put air on the tire on a gas station and I drove all the way to the nearest car rental agency.

Cons: Would have liked the option of a slightly larger car but we booked a few days before pick up so we understood the limited cars.

Cons: Dirty and old car (over 100,000 kms), not well maintained, bad smell, dirty seats, not washed on the outside, no representative am when returning the car at LBJ (office permanently closed due to Covid…not a good excuse!)

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 950.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card, American Express Debit card.
The following payment methods are not accepted for payment: Visa Electron, Maestro.
