Pros: No much as caught out by the small print.
Cons: Small print and the Hertz representative upsold to every customer in the queue for one reason or another. It felt like a scam!
Pros: Location at the terminal, smooth car rental process and return
Pros: The Hertz staff member was extremely efficient and friendly with good English.
Cons: Not a lot. The documentation &processes worked well.
Pros: Friendly staff, car was clean.
Cons: Previous damage of vehicle was poorly documented and we were charged for previous damage not caused by ourselves. There were photos already taken by the hire place of damaged areas these photos were grainy and in black and white, apparently the photos where not enough to prove the obvious continuation of damage that was just out of frame. We had purchased full insurance and are still awaiting the outcome of our claim.
Pros: Signage needs to be improved. All directional signs in terminal only refer to Hertz/Thrifty. We ended up leaving terminal and going down to garage where we asked someone and after them asking others, we got rediected back up to terminal. Only place dollar mentioned is single sign over Hertz/Thrifty desk in terminal
