Cons: Car was damaged, but as it was an upgrade that wasn't to bad. What annoyed me was the fact the prior to the upgrade we got, the agent tried to made us pay for an Diesel upgrade, for EUR 85 and trying to explain to us that we could end up cheaper as the fuel price would be lower.. Quick calculation made me realise it would take about 3-4000 KM before we would break even.. That's a though challenge in 7 days on Madeira!

All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
You’ll be charged a service fee of 1.91 EUR per day up to a maximum of 19.02 EUR per rental in addition to the tolls, which will be charged to your credit card after the rental period.
