Cons: Rented with Dollar twice on our trip, first car was ok, second vehicle was in very poor condition overall, definitely need to update the fleet of vehicles they offer.

Pros: Location, shop decoration

Cons: When I came to collect my car, the agent was trying to convince me to pick a Nissan sunny (which was smaller than the category that I booked), I refused that, he tried to convince me that the price I paid for my reservation was below market price and yet he would give me a smaller car. Finally, after long discussion, they agreed to provide me with an Opel Astra, which I agreed to pick.

Rate includes

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 945.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax).

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Renters from the following country(ies): Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Iraq must provide the following documents: International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name.

Deposit and deductible policy

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off. A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Visa debit card, MasterCard debit card.

Payment policy

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.
When paying with cash, a debit/credit card issued on the main driver's name is required for security purposes.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Optional extras and services

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Details are available from the rental company's reservation office.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Business hours

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
