Pros: There wasn't really anything I liked.
Cons: I had to wait 40 minutes for them to get a car for me despite the reservation and then I was given a much bigger SUV than what I had mad a reservation fro and I had even paid a higher rate for a smaller SUV and the car smelled like cigarette smoke. I also opted for the toll pass but then it didn't work and I had to back up in a toll lane and go to a lane that accepted credit cards and pay for them myself. I am now disputing the charge for the toll pay service with dollar.

Pros: I never received this car and I am currently disputing the amount that was taken as the deposit. The agents I spoke with misrepresented pertinent information over the phone which included the time I was able to pick up the car.

Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, State Tax, Customer Facility Charge (CFC), Surcharges.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
