Cons: Agent couldn’t be more useless or uninterested, we didn’t get the rental, absolutely no customer service or support, unable to get any help from anyone, we were stranded in Chicago trying to get to a funeral. We finally were able to get a rental at Hertz on our own, they were very helpful and understanding.

Pros: 1. Car not ready for online pickup 2. Queued for over an hour 3. Not accepting cards, not accepting down payment instead either 4. Obligation to add expensive recovery service (on top of insurance), if their car breaks down (by itself, not by an accident). 5. Outrageous charge for an additional driver 6. Fill-up service: a full tank was charged instead of 50% for usage (not refunded after a week). 6. The car interior smelt awful. 7. Desk employee: "Worse hire ever!", I agree.

Pros: It was near the airport.

Cons: Unfortunately my experience with Dollar was NOT a good one. They did not have the car I had reserved and told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half until a car that I had reserved would be back on the lot, then they upcharged me to give me a larger car. They did NOT have good customer service, nor did they consider my time or the I convenience they placed upon me or my schedule. Unfortunately, this experience does not give me lead me to want to do business with this organization again.

Rate includes
Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, Customer Facility Charge (CFC), State Tax, Surcharges.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
