Pros: I had a great rate for a single day rental and the car was nice and new.

Cons: The signage to Dollar from the central rental car deck was difficult to follow. There are doors for each agency at the airport. And the one that said Dollar said "exit only." So we wandered around looking for the entrance. The signs we followed took us down an escalator to the garage where all the cars are. Where we were told by an agent to head back up the escalator and look for the signs for Budget Car rental b/c they are together. Once we looked for Budget signs, then we found Dollar.

Cons: The first car. The breaks were no good, then I got an exchange. 2nd car was infested with roaches 🪳, finally they exchanged it again. I will not rent again.

Cons: The car could have been cleaner. The mirrors were all dirty and there were several marks on the outside of the car. Returning the car was difficult to find...perhaps more instructions in a confirmation email could help. And drop off instructions were not clear...I didn't know I could just drop the car off with the keys in engine and walk away without checking in with anyone.

Rate includes
Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, Customer Facility Charge (CFC), State Tax, Surcharges.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be held on the customer's credit card.
At the time of pick up customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
