Cons: loved the car (but there was a leftover shrimp scampi container under the drivers seat when I rented the car that smelled horribly on the 2nd day)
Cons: The rental company had no cars for my reservation. Had to wait 3 hours for a car to arrive.
Pros: Nothing. Ripoff. I was rent the car from Discovercar.com paid total rental cost in advance and have to return the car at 8PM, everything is good. I dropped off the car at the same place I was pick up with full tank of gas at 10PM ( I knew I was 2 hours late and have to pay extra day. When I check the Credit Card statement and DOLLAR charge me $194.00. That's ripoff.
Cons: Call customer service to change the car because when I applied the brake the car shaking really bad, they told me they can not change the car at the close place from me. I have to drove to another place 120 miles out of my way. I was drove the car all the way back afraid and pray 🙏. I will never rent a car from DOLLAR again and let all my people know.
Pros: Nothing. They did not give me a car.
Cons: They had me wait 2 and half hours for a car and then told me that they would not accept my credit card.
Pros: nothing other than a poor reresentative with a lot of people shouting at her due to NO CARS being available even though the majority of people had booked and paid in advance no mention that Herzt takes priority over Dollar? the car we eventually got after 3 hours waiting on our 40th wedding anniversary had dent all over a crack down the windscreen from top nearly to the bottom and was filthy

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
At the time of pick up customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Additional charges will be applied. Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
