Pros: The drop off service was great

Cons: The pick up service was not good. The woman who helped us was constantly on a personal call and it caused confusion a few times because I thought she was speaking to me but she would shush me and continue her conversation. Pick up also took over 1.5hours and it was late at night so there weren't that many people working.

Pros: When I dropped off, they took my to the teminal because I was with a child

Cons: the representative could not pronounce Hyundai, and said Honda. I then asked for a replacement, which took another hour. Also, she tried selling 3rd party damages insurance, but could not say if it was mandatory according to state law.

Cons: 1. I got a car with a flat tire, I had to constantly fill it with air and when I called them for help they didn't agree to come only for a high fee, I had to fix it myself. 2. I filled up with gas at the airport with a full tank and yet they charged me for gas. 3.The office only opens at 6 in the morning but I knew that before so I have no complaints

Pros: Scratched down one side

Cons: The lady serving was rude bordering on offensive. She used foul language and made a mistake in booking. When asked about it she told us to sign the screen although we had told her it was incorrect. This resulted in a cancellation and a double charge to our account for over a week. She then let us hear her tell her colleague it was our fault.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, Customer Facility Charge (CFC), State Tax, Surcharges.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
