Pros: The drop off service was great
Cons: The pick up service was not good. The woman who helped us was constantly on a personal call and it caused confusion a few times because I thought she was speaking to me but she would shush me and continue her conversation. Pick up also took over 1.5hours and it was late at night so there weren't that many people working.

Pros: When I dropped off, they took my to the teminal because I was with a child
Cons: the representative could not pronounce Hyundai, and said Honda. I then asked for a replacement, which took another hour. Also, she tried selling 3rd party damages insurance, but could not say if it was mandatory according to state law.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax, Customer Facility Charge (CFC), Surcharges.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
