Pros: Only drop off was ok but so many hidden charges - some extra fees (I know fuel extra fee but not the others), some additional taxes, extremely expensive at the end : from $600 to $779 without any explanation in advance
Cons: Car was extremely dirty, barely cleaned inside: finger smudges and dust all over in front , old straws in pockets, even outside - probably just splashed with water and that's it. Car is barely driving, almost ready to fall apart when push gas. Filthy old car for almost $800. Very disappointed.

Cons: Line up to get the car rental over the long weekend was long, and the agents were not very efficient. Lots of talking amongst each other.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, Customer Facility Charge (CFC), State Tax, Surcharges.
Rate excludes
E-Toll is not mandatory, however, all of the rental cars are equipped with a SunPass/e-toll transponder that is glued to the windshield of the car and is not removable.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
