Pros: Both reps I had dealt with were very efficient and friendly.
Cons: There was no where on the website when I was picking out the car. It did give brand and model, not everyone knows the models. So at pickup they said i rented an electric car and no where on my reservation did it say electric car it said Chevrolet Bolt or similar vehicle??? So I had to pay an additional $120 to get a gas vehicle. Wasn’t pleased with this.

Pros: This company is a complete rip off. I booked the car using my debit card online. When I attempted to pick up the vehicle they said I could lease with a debit card. I said fine but now they refuse to credit my 360 they said I am at fault because I used a debit card. They accepted the card.

Pros: Everyone was nice and the car was new and in great condition
Cons: It was a little difficult finding the car in its slot, but it was because of the layut at the airport.

Rate includes
Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, Customer Facility Charge (CFC), State Tax, Surcharges.
Rate excludes
E-Toll is not mandatory, however, all of the rental cars are equipped with a SunPass/e-toll transponder that is glued to the windshield of the car and is not removable.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
