Pros: I found rental representatives, they were in the office at 23.00.

Cons: They gave me "model upgrade" for free). And instead of toyota corolla i received shity Chevrolet Groove (same as MG Zs) - very poor complectation, very low acceleration and speed. When i was picking the car - the guy wanted me to sign in his phone agreement with all car scratches, even not showing them to me before signing). He just said that he will send it to me by email later))). I had a feeling tgat those guys want to cheat me...or maybe just not doing their job as it should be done

Cons: I know it always mentioned " or similar car " but it is very clear when you book for Hyundai Accent you will not get Nissan Sunny!! And that's what they give to me Sunny instead of Accent. A arrived at the midnight after very long trip and really did not have the mode to speak or negotiate, just took the sunny but really disappointed!

Cons: Dollar refused to give us the car, as they claimed the international driving license we had is not valid. This is based on some email we haven't seen, criteria that didn't appear or the reservation, and despite the fact that is was easily accepted in Hertz, where eventually we rented a car. They demanded us to leave the spot. Hours of our vacation were lost with horrible service.

Pros: The car “ Ford Explorer “ was a brand new car , 2022 model.

Cons: They dont accept the premium insurance- zero excess booked with www.discovercars.com, and they said in case of accident- collision they will debit the blocked amount (3000 AED ) and then i will have to send a refund request to discover cars. Hopefully the car was returned without accident

Cons: Tried to allege a scratch on the front of the car was caused by me and charge me for it. Only when I presented photos I had taken myself upon pick up of the vehicle did they accept the scratch was pre-existing. If I had not taken the photos to prove it they would have billed me for someone else's damage.

Cons: We rented a car for 4 people but had were advised while getting in the car that only 3 people were allowed on board due to a Covid-19 rule. We had no choice than paying extra for a larger car. Time spent at the counter was way too long, the level of English of the staff and their kindness were not on point at all. The tank of the car was almost empty. We gave it back almost full and did not get any rebate on the final bill for it.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 780.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax).
Mileage policy
Mileage depends on the rental period.
Details are available at the car rental company's reservation office.
For each additional km an additional charge of 1.05 AED per km will apply.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Qatar, United Arab Emirates.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Residents of the following country(ies): Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates are required to present the following document(s): passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, passport copy in order to pick up the car.
All documents must be issued in the same country.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, JCB, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Diners, Debit cards, JCB, Prepaid cards, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The credit card must be valid for the following period from the start of the rental: 3 months.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.


Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
