Pros: Representative was friendly sand helpful
Cons: Car was not very clean, especially the windows. the technology had an issue and only would display a warning message for the last couple of days and could not be cleared or reset. Tires were worn.

Pros: I didn’t like anything. Waited 40 min in line to be told there weren’t any suvs.
Cons: Poor customer service by 2 agents one sitting at hertz counter doing nothing while five of us were lined up at dollar. The agents were talking to each other, and the Hertz agent seemed to be controlling which cars were given out. It was a terrible experience.

Cons: The right rear passenger door started falling off the 2nd day we had it. Had to exchange, was promised larger vehicle by phone rep. Kimberly and Dollar attendant denied it. Very disappointed!

Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, State Tax, Customer Facility Charge (CFC), Surcharges.
Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
