Pros: I was really impressed by the readiness of Dollar employees to help. For the first time we got the car directly to the place we waited instead of coming to the rental company office.
Cons: The car was in really "used" condition.

Cons: Staff not at the desk, little help from customer service, limited clarity about the process, unreasonable time and hassle to pick up and (to a lesser extent) return the car, unsecure processes (taking pictures of personal documents with phone and sending via whatsapp), customer service unwilling to support or offer a compensation
