Pros: Good new car.
Cons: Good car however agent tried to make us pay for a scratch on a wheel. They were insisting we scratched the wheel. However I had taken photos of car when I picked up. I showed their manager and they agreed scratch was already present on wheel. They should have marked this before I picked up car to prevent such a poor experience for me.
Pros: Excellent gentleman agent at the Porto office, very professional and excellent customer service. Excellent car substitution from SUV to Sedan.
Pros: The car and the people working there were amazing!
Cons: More than 300€ for a small mark on the door is almost a robbery, I had insurance but still it does not sound fair.

Cons: The car had a number of dents and scratches. Although I knew I was not responsible for them, it caused me to have a lot of unnecessary angst about an easy return of the vehicle without any disagreement on its condition.

All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
You’ll be charged a service fee of 2.00 EUR per day up to a maximum of 20.00 EUR per rental in addition to the tolls, which will be charged to your credit card after the rental period.
You may also be required to leave an additional deposit for tolls.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Maestro, American Express, Diners, JCB, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, Union Pay.
Credit card must be valid after rental period for at least 30 days.
The following are accepted methods of payment:Visa Electron, Cash, Debit cards, prepaid cards.
All credit cards must be capable of the following: PIN verification; cards without this capability will not be accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Spain-Mainland.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel. For electric vehicles: the customer will receive the vehicle totally charged, and it is NOT necessary to return it with a full charge.
A full battery lasts around 260 km (this is an estimate as it depends on several factors).
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
