Pros: Perfect
Cons: Nothing
Pros: Goid price and service. But in the morning, it takes little bit liner to wait for the shuttle to rental company. If it can be shortened, it will be perfect.
Pros: Staff very good at both pick up and drop off.
Cons: Shuttle bus was slow to pick up on arrival, and had phone options were misleading, driver could have been friendlier. Return trip was told bus was there when I went out no sign of it so had to wait another 10 mins. Would be helpful to have mobile phone holder, and know if the car had SatNav or a USB port so could plan accordingly.
Pros: Friendly service. Offered full insurance cover - but there was no hard sell. Fantastic value.
Cons: Service was great - you just need to allow at least an extra 45 minutes for waiting for the transfer bus and journey to the hire location.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Awful attitude, terrible customer service. How can hiring a car take 3hrs!!!Clearly a bunch of cowboys, happy to take your money but offer dreadful service
