Pros: At Milan airport it was not easy to find the dropof point
Cons: Although we had full insurance cover By you thay tried to convince us to do insurance with them with a cost of another aprox 700 euros🙁🙁
Pros: easy process, good price
Cons: a bit hard to return the car: I went to the wrong parking because not anywhere on the contract, and the key drop off box was not easy to find.
Pros: Good prices, helpful staff at pick up and drop off locations.
Cons: We paid for FULL coverage when we reserved the car via your agent. At pick up we were told that we did NOT have full coverage with Drivaila and had to pay $550 (ish) more to have full coverage. Your rep said we were fully covered and we were not. For this reason, we will never use your service again. You should fully refund the insurance you sold us that was worthless!!!
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Pros: Was not informed of drop off point NOT being at the airport we had selected for return. Was actually 30 minutes away from the airport on an industrial estate with no customer service number available to help out.
Cons: There was no service provided by them.
