Drivalia at Rome Termini Train Station

Pros: Not much to like. Poor service, poor pick up pre drive check with employee (actually non existent). They charged me for issues from previous rental periods and I have video/photos to prove they charged incorrectly for issues not related to my rental period.

Cons: Poor service at pick up. No review with employee prior to pick up. Damage to car videoed and not accepted by employee at pick up. Pre existing damage identified at drop off and still charged to my credit card even though I showed video of damage prior and o taking car. Was advised that I should lodge a complaint about pick up lack of damage review. Not impressed as I believe Drivalia is double/triple dipping to recover damage costs. Poor poor poor service.

Pros: front desk service yet very expensive upgrade

Cons: delivery desk, extremely unfriendly and bad attitude, never bother to explain that a diesel engine requires blue additive; zero customer care

Pros: Very good condition car, only less clean car

Cons: Gas tank only 3/4 full when picking up. Pick up agent gave wrong car initially , (gave manual when asked for automatic), which causes a delay in my trip as I had to go back and forth between rental desk and garage. The new papers given were of the old car, crossing out the details of the old car, and putting in just model and license of new car. Also made errors with my email address. Drop off process was extremely slow, when it could have been much easier.

Cons: I ordered an automatic car but they provided me with a manual car

Pros: Drivalia is a scam company. They will charge you for damages once you have left their premises whereas the car didn't have any damages. AVOID them at all cost.

Cons: Scammer, they charged me for damages whereas nothing happened. They don't pick up the phone, nor answer emails.

Cons: They shorted me on fuel and did not give me a full tank. They gave me a damaged car and are now claiming that I caused the damage. They are keeping my deposit and not respo ding to my emails.I have asked your team for help but there has been no response!

Cons: It is a hybrid car but its battery was not charged at all. To me it's like getting a car with an empty gas tank.

Cons: Really frustrated that you sent ancillary charges after the fact and I have to potentially get my credit card company involved to contest inaccurate charges.

Cons: I work in a Telco, i am a manager in business customer service. Customer service in Drivalia doesn't excist!

Pros: Everything was smooth, no problems

Cons: The pick up place was in the basement with very steep hill to get out. For someone who is not use to stick cars and who needs a little bit of practice before hitting the road, it was hard to get out of that hill.

Pros: Charged all deposit amount. I Want mi refound

Cons: They do not return the deposit left for a very long time. It's been 6 days and they haven't returned it.

Pros: Automatic car with CarPlay navigation.

Cons: The garage service member would not give us a different car despite a malfunctioning seatbelt and instead told us not to worry about it. This is dangerous and unacceptable. The charge cord was left out and had to be stowed before packing our luggage. The gas tank was only a quarter full!

Pros: The agent was friendly and efficient. We were in and out very quickly. Drop off was handled very quickly also.

Pros: Everything was good except for the pickup location in Rome. There were no clear directions and finding the check out desk was a nightmare

Cons: The person who delivered us the car was really rude, first he gave us a car that wasn’t what we paid for and he insisted “it was the same thing”, then he wouldn’t do the check up of the car, he would dissappear and we would hace to wait for him to return, overall it took at least an extra hour to leave the re tal parking with the car. The car was really dirty on the inside and also on the outside, making it difficult to check the scratches and bumps it had.

Pros: THE PICK UP OF VEHICLE WAS VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT. AGENT SPOKE PERFECT ENGLISH AND GAVE VERY GOOD INTRUCTIONS ON WHERE TO PICK UP THE ACTUAL VEHICLE.

Cons: car was not brand new, but worked just fine

Cons: Pick up location - office is 15min walk from car garage. In such a situation, the agent should bring the car to the office (meaning, to the customer) and not send the customer, carrying suitcases, to walk 15min.

Pros: Was quite easy, no issues

Cons: They didn't really do a check on the car and the form before we left eventhough there were some scratches. But i did make a video and they didn't really look at it when returning so probably normal to have some marks on it.

Pros: It was quick and easy.

Cons: No information at all that they switched the car we were going to use. No explanation at all of the features of the car. We weren’t accustomed to a GPL and gasoline car and no one explained us how that worked. We googled it.

Pros: Great car. Great service.

Cons: Slightly under staffed when lots of people showing up at the same time during drop off.

Pros: Renting in Rome was chaos, but has nothing to do with Leasys. Everything was great.

Cons: Nothing. All was wonderful.

Cons: Change of pick up venue was inconvenient, time consuming and costly

Pros: Relatively quick and easy process, just to note that the "pick up" area at Rome Termini vs where you get the car is a couple of minutes away which was annoying to drag bags around but other than that it was fine. The car was super dirty (inside & outside) on pick up - we did our own "sanitizing" when we got it... not sure if this is normal or we just got a dirty car.

Cons: Car cleanliness

Pros: Check-in and check out was super easy with no queue

Cons: Change in car model from Fiat 500L (but this is only because we were in Italy and wanted a Fiat for the fun of it).
