Cons: Just more clearer instructions when dropping the car off back at the airport .. when to park it etc maybe have a little card with the instructions on instead of verbally telling you at the start of your holiday by the end you have forgotten like I did. I was a lady travelling on my own made me a little anxious .

Pros: Very quick pickup and drop-off process. Car was very clean and very professional rental agency. This is the first ever rental agency where we received a tourist guide of the country and also very impressive inspection process where they take pictures and a video of the car with you and you immediately get a copy of the inspection pictures and videos. Really thorough, transparent and efficient inspection process.

Cons: Definitely didn't like the fact that they put a 1000 USD hold on your card plus the cost of the rental up front. It really is a very high amount hold.

It takes way too long to fill out paperwork again to get the car after travelling six hours on a flight you want to just pick up the car and go and when you drop off a car, you should be able to drop off outside the door and not over in the parking lot and have to walk back with your bags when you have five young people behind the counter, I could bring the car over to the lot other than that Service was go

Pros: Easy to deal with. Was a busy day there and it went great. One thing I’d like to mention was the car I rented was a 7 passenger and the car I got said 5 passenger on the door. It was quite the ride to and from the airport with all the luggage. Was smaller than I expected but we made it work.

The value received for the product we had was overall quite good (apart from the fact that the vehicle may have outlived its useful life given its internal appearance and condition)

Cons: 1) the poor condition of the vehicle given to us 2) the extreme chaos and brutal wait times associated with picking up our vehicle at the airport (they were overwhelmed by multiple flights landing simultaneously due to overlapping delays, and were not prepared for the deluge) 3) the false expectation that pre-completion of the detailed application form would save time. I spent 30 minutes back in Toronto pre-completing forms, but it saved no time

Pros: Easy to deal with, really pleasant and helpful and efficient. We had a flat tyre and they brought a new car to our property the next day. Charges for the flat were really reasonable ( it had a big hole in it). Highly recommend.

Cons: The only problem was that the agent who dropped off the car didn't show me where the head light nob was. I assumed it was on the high beam stick. It was on the dash, on the left of the steering column. Didn't try to turn on the lights until it was pitch black. When we called an agent to help and to register our complaint, they hung up. Drove home with no headlights.

Pros: I was told by the agent that I would be reimbursed for the period that I returned the car 7 days early. Discover car rental responded to my request by that this would not be the case. I would not recommend this company.
